Damien Reeves scored twice for Altrincham as the home side proved too strong for Worcester City at Moss Lane.

James Lawrie gave the Robins a first-half lead with Reeves doubling the advantage a minute after the break.

Michael Twiss made the points safe for Altrincham shortly after the hour-mark before Reeves netted his second five minutes later.

Mike Symons converted a late penalty for Worcester but it was scant consolation as City were well beaten.

That was unacceptable - Heeley

"They have to start doing what we have told them to do or we will get other players in who will do it.

"I am not going to stand here and tell players week after week.

"We have had a decent start to the season but today was unacceptable and I am looking for a response - I expect to get one."
