Lee Hodges happy that Truro are still in FA Cup

Truro City manager Lee Hodges is happy that his side are still in the FA Cup.

The White Tigers drew 0-0 at Bournemouth FC in the second qualifying round, despite piling on pressure against the Wessex League side.

The two teams will now face each other at Treyew Road on Tuesday for a place in the next round.

"We had two or three chances right at the death to maybe win the tie but I think a draw was a fair result," Hodges told BBC Radio Cornwall.

"We're in the hat for the next round.

"We had to come here and fight for our lives and we did, but we just couldn't get that end product, but we'll go again Tuesday," he added.
