Harrogate Town's experience key - defender Richard Pell

Harrogate Town defender Richard Pell is confident that experience will help the Blue Square Bet North team this season.
The 27-year-old joined Town from Blyth Spartans last season and he said the squad is stronger this year.
He told BBC Radio York, external: "I think the key is that it takes a few games, and if you're lucky things gel early on.
"There's a lot of experience at Conference North in this year's squad which maybe we didn't have quite so much last year."
He added: "It's a much changed squad. We've still had changes since the team started.
"It is a strong squad. I wouldn't say last year's squad wasn't strong either.
"But when you're coming to try and see games out in the last 10 or 15 minutes that sort of experience should make all the difference.
"To be playing regularly with the same lads either side of you makes a big difference as well.
"Defence is about a back four or a back five with the keeper rather than individuals."
