Boston United bide time over Jason Lee successor

Boston United will now not be naming their new manager until next week.
Chairman David Newton had hoped to have the new man in place in time for Saturday's Blue Square Bet North match against Droylsden.
The Pilgrims sacked Jason Lee last week after a poor run of results left them in 10th spot before Saturday's 4-0 loss to Vauxhall Motors., external
"Obviously there's a difference between somebody applying and agreeing terms," Newton told BBC Lincolnshire:
"But we are quite encouraged.
"We are a bit unsure about the time of the season to do it but we are quite pleased with the response we have had so far."
Lee's assistant Graham Hyde will remain in caretaker charge until a permanent successor is found.
