Truro City lose their penultimate game in Blue Square Bet South, going down 3-1 at play-off chasers Eastleigh.
Damian Scannell gave Eastleigh a 27th minute lead but Barry Hayles levelled for Truro six minutes before half time.
Glen Southam put Eastleigh back in front midway through the second half before former Exeter City striker Craig McAllister got the third with 13 minutes to go.
Bottom-of-the-table Truro's final game is at Tonbridge Angels on Saturday.
