Irish Premiership: Dungannon 1-0 Ballinamallard
- Published
Dungannon Swifts have started their Premiership campaign with back-to-back wins as Matt Hazley's penalty proved enough against Ballinamallard United.
The penalty came in the 19th minute when United keeper Alvin Rouse raced out and brought down Hazley, referee Ross Dunlop pointing to the spot.
Hazley dispatched the spot-kick but later had to go off injured with Chris Lavery coming on as replacement.
For Ballinamallard, Ryan Campbell skimmed the cross bar.
Late on, Dungannon's James Costello was denied by a post.
