Sheffield United bid for Livingston's Stefan Scougall

Sheffield United have made a bid to sign Livingston midfielder Stefan Scougall which could rise to £400,000.

The Blades are understood to have made an initial offer of £150,000 with add-ons for on factors such as appearances and international call-ups.

Peterborough offered £150,000 for the 21-year-old in August and said last week that their bid still stands.

Scougall, a Scotland U21 cap, has scored twice in 18 appearances for Livingston this season.
