Transfer Deadline Day: Oldham sign Wilkinson and Murphy

Conor Wilkinson played seven times for Oldham in a loan spell earlier this season

Oldham have signed Dagenham & Redbridge striker Rhys Murphy for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half-year deal and signed Bolton striker Conor Wilkinson on loan until the end of the season.

Murphy, 24, scored 14 goals in 41 league appearances for the Daggers.

Wilkinson, 20, spent time at Boundary Park earlier in the campaign, scoring once in seven appearances.

He has played seven times for Bolton this season, including in their 0-0 FA Cup fourth-round draw at Liverpool.
