All three of Lars Veldwijk's Forest starts in 2014-15 came in cup competitions, including the 1-0 defeat by Rochdale in January
Nottingham Forest striker Lars Veldwijk is in "advanced" talks with Dutch side FC Zwolle about a season-long loan, reports BBC Radio Nottingham.
The 23-year-old joined the Reds from Excelsior for an undisclosed fee in June 2014.
But he did not start a match in the Championship, appearing 11 times as a substitute and making all of his three starts in cup competitions.
Veldwijk did not feature after coming on in the loss at Charlton on 3 March.
