Adeyemi began his career at Norwich, where he made his debut aged 17, before loan spells at Brentford, Oldham and Birmingham City.

Leeds United have signed Cardiff City midfielder Tom Adeyemi in a season-long loan deal.

The 23-year-old joined Cardiff last summer, and made 23 appearances last season, scoring once.

Adeyemi, who made his league debut for Norwich at the age of 17, previously played under Leeds boss Uwe Rosler during a loan spell with Brentford.

And although he is joining Leeds on loan, it is with a view to a permanent move to Yorkshire in due course.

Adeyemi is one of several signings made by Rosler, who became the club's fifth manager in less than 12 months when he was appointed to succeed Neil Redfearn.
