Portsmouth: Paul Robinson leaves by mutual consent

Portsmouth defender Paul Robinson has left the club by mutual consent.

The 33-year-old arrived from Millwall, where he spent 13 years, on an 18-month contract in January 2014 and made 38 appearances last season.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed my year at Portsmouth. I've met some great people and want to praise the incredible supporters," he told the club website.

"I hope the new manager and players reward the fans with the success they truly deserve."
