James Hurst has scored four goals since joining Torquay United this summer

James Hurst scored twice and gave away a late penalty as 10-man Torquay United missed out on a first win for over a month by drawing at Kidderminster.

Hurst gave the Gulls the lead when he curled a free-kick into the top corner.

Torquay's Simon Heslop was sent off for a professional foul early in the second half, before Aman Verma equalised from close range after a defensive lapse.

Hurst got his second when he shot low past Alex Palmer before giving away a late penalty which Reece Styche scored.
