Ellis Harrison: Bristol Rovers' Wales Under-21 striker signs new contract
- Published
Wales Under-21 striker Ellis Harrison has signed a new, undisclosed-length deal at League One side Bristol Rovers.
The 22-year-old Rovers youth product has scored 26 goals in 114 appearances, having made his first-team debut in the League Cup against Southampton in 2011.
He scored in the promotion final at Wembley against Grimsby to help Rovers back into the Football League in 2015.
Harrison follows this week's lead of captain Mark McChrystal and midfielder Lee Mansell in signing a new deal.
It comes on the same day that Rovers made their second signing of the summer, bringing in Port Vale winger Byron Moore, to follow the arrival of Plymouth Argyle defender Peter Hartley.
