Yeovil Town Ladies' Wales players Nadia Lawrence and Kayleigh Green want to end the season with the FA Women's Super League 2 title.

The Glovers secured promotion to the top division of the Women's Super League after 2-0 win at London Bees.

Green and Lawrence scored the goals to secure promotion and both are focused on winning the WSL 2 title.

"Promotion was the biggest aim but winning the title will top that," Lawrence said.

"It's going to be a challenge but we will be up to it. We do need to make improvements but now we've got there we can build on that.

"Obviously it's a small club but it reflects what we are capable of as players and competing against the likes of Man City and Liverpool."

Yeovil go into Sunday's final game of the season against Sheffield Ladies on top of table, ahead of Bristol City on goal difference.

"The pressure's off us now we have got promotion so we can go into the game and enjoy it," said Green, who joined Yeovil from Cardiff City Women in March 2016.

"Getting promotion is massive. It was something from day one we had as a goal. It's not over yet. We want to take that trophy home.

"When we played against London Bees we did have bit of pressure.

"We know we can win it, get a couple of goals to change that goal difference we'll guarantee to have that cup with us."
