Bromley staged a late smash-and-grab at managerless Gateshead by scoring twice in the last 10 minutes to win at Gateshead.
The hosts seemed to be grinding out a hard-earned triumph after hitting a 64th-minute opener.
Just 10 minutes after coming on, substitute Richard Peniket crossed for Danny Johnson to nod in a simple goal.
But Louis Dennis levelled on 84 minutes, converting a penalty after Scott Barrow had upended Jack Holland.
And substitute Brett Williams headed in a 93rd-minute winner, just 60 seconds from the end of stoppage time.
Micky Cummins took temporary charge of the Tynesiders following Neil Aspin's midweek departure to Port Vale.
