31 August
Colchester United defender Cameron James, 20, has joined Braintree Town on loan until January. Dutch defender Dave Nieskens, 24, and forward Justin Amaluzor, 21, have also agreed contracts.
Harry Donovan has rejoined Dagenham & Redbridge on a youth loan from Millwall after the 20-year-old midfielder was recalled by the Lions for their Carabao Cup tie against Plymouth in midweek.
Harrogate Town have signed Scunthorpe midfielder Levi Sutton, 21, on a three-month loan.
Leyton Orient have signed teenage Crystal Palace winger Levi Lumeka, 19, on a season-long loan.
Maidenhead United have signed Bury forward Jordan Archer, 22, on a two-month loan deal.
30 August
Dover Athletic have signed Burnley striker Ntumba Massanka, 21, on loan until January, while Chesterfield left-back George Smith has also arrived at Crabble on loan.
29 August
Dagenham & Redbridge have said they are in "advanced" talks with a group of American investors, who are set to take a "controlling interest" in the National League club subject to an agreement being finalised.
Millwall have recalled Harry Donovan from his loan spell with the Daggers, with the 20-year-old having made five appearances.
25 August
Aldershot Town have brought in former Hayes & Yeading United goalkeeper Zaki Nazih Oualah on a short-term deal.
FC Halifax Town have signed 29-year-old midfielder James Berrett following his release by English Football League side Grimsby Town.
24 August
Chesterfield have signed Hull City goalkeeper Callum Burton, 22, on loan. He could make his Spireites debut against Barnet on Saturday.
Left-back Joe Skarz has joined FC Halifax Town on loan from League Two side Bury until the end of the season. The 29-year-old has previously played for Oxford, Rotherham and Huddersfield.
23 August
Hartlepool have signed midfielder Luke Williams, 25, following a spell training with the National League club. Williams' previous club was Scunthorpe United, while he had a loan spell with Pools in 2013-14.
Chesterfield have signed Forest Green defender Haydn Hollis, 25, on a season-long loan.
Teenage forward Josh Koroma has signed a new two-year contract with Leyton Orient. The 19-year-old, who is the youngest ever player to net a hat-trick for Orient, has scored 10 goals in 63 appearances for the London club.
Eastleigh have terminated the contract by midfielder Sam Wood by mutual consent. The 32-year-old made 36 league appearances for the club after joining from Wycombe in July 2017, and leaves for personal reasons.
17 August
Saturday's National League North game between Chester and FC United of Manchester has been postponed because of severe storm damage. Chester's rearranged match with Kidderminster on 21 August, which was initially called off on 14 August, has also been cancelled.
AFC Fylde have signed midfielder Jim Kellermann on a season-long loan from Scottish Premier League side St Mirren, subject to international clearance.
Solihull Moors have signed Birmingham City's Corey O'Keeffe, 20, on loan until February. O'Keeffe can play in midfield or defence.
Bromley have signed forward John Goddard, 25, on loan from League Two Stevenage until January.
16 August
Chesterfield have signed former West Ham, Bradford and Coventry winger Kyel Reid, 30, on a deal until the end of the 2018-19 season.
15 August
Forward Noel Leighton has joined Dagenham & Redbridge on a deal until the end of the season, following his release by the Championship side Millwall.
The 19-year-old could be involved in Saturday's trip to FC Halifax Town.
Striker Shaun Jeffers has been transfer-listed by Boreham Wood after discussions between the club, player and agent, citing a "lack of game-time" for the decision.
14 August
Barrow have signed former Tranmere and Coventry midfielder Steve Jennings. The 33-year-old, who also had a three-year stint with Motherwell, ended last season with Northern Premier League side Warrington Town.
Midfielder Simon Lenighan has rejoined FC Halifax Town. The 24-year-old spent last season at Guiseley.
13 August
Maidenhead United have signed defenders Ryheem Sheckleford and Chinua Cole. Ex-Fulham man Sheckleford, 24, is primarily a right-back while left-back Cole, 21, was with Torquay last season and had been on trial at York Road.
Zimbabwe international Macauley Bonne has signed a new two-year contract with Leyton Orient. The 22-year-old scored 25 goals in all competitions for the O's last season.
Chester's National League North game against Kidderminster Harriers - scheduled for Tuesday, 14 August - has been postponed because of "extensive damage to critical areas" of the Deva Stadium, caused by heavy rain on Sunday. The match has been rearranged for Tuesday, 21 August.
10 August
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed former Stoke trainee Tomi Adeloye on a one-year contract. The 22-year-old striker had a spell at Hartlepool United last season.
Former Newcastle United defender Mike Williamson, 34, has signed for Gateshead on a one-year deal following his release by League One club Oxford United.
Maidenhead United have sold versatile defender Max Kilman to Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee. The 21-year-old made 34 league appearances during his time with the Magpies and joins Wolves' Under-23 team on a two-year contract.
9 August
Aldershot Town have signed Hull City goalkeeper Will Mannion on loan until 20 January 2019. The 20-year-old has made one appearance for the Tigers since moving to Humberside from AFC Wimbledon in the summer of 2016.
Solihull Moors have signed Peterborough goalkeeper Josh Tibbetts on a one-month youth loan.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed former Carlisle full-back Alexander McQueen subject to international clearance.
Barrow have signed West Bromwich Albion defender Kyle Jameson on a half-season loan deal.
8 August
Chesterfield assistant manager Adrian Whitbread spent Tuesday night in hospital and is having further tests after feeling unwell before the team's 3-0 win over Aldershot.
Manager Martin Allen told the club website: "I cannot, at this moment, disclose further details but he is awake, he is talking and he was chuffed to bits with our result."
Boreham Wood have taken young striker Josh Umerah on loan from Charlton Athletic for the 2018-19 season.
7 August
Solihull Moors have re-signed 18-year-old centre half Marshall Willock from Chesterfield.
6 August
Brentford duo Justin Shaibu and Ellery Balcombe have joined Boreham Wood on loan. Balcombe, 18, is an England Under-20 goalkeeper and striker Shaibu, 20, has played for Denmark Under-20s.
4 August
Gateshead have signed former Carlisle striker Steven Rigg, 26, on a one-year deal. Rigg, who had been playing in the United States, will be unable to play in Gateshead's first match of the season against Maidenhead as the Heed are still awaiting international clearance.
3 August
Chesterfield have signed striker Marc-Antoine Fortune on a one-year contract. The 37-year-old former Celtic, West Brom and Wigan striker scored four goals in 41 outings for Southend last season.
Barrow have signed 19-year-old midfielder Luke Burgess on a one-month loan deal from Championship side Wigan Athletic.
AFC Fylde have signed defender Danny Kane from League of Ireland side Cork City on loan until January 2019. The 21-year-old is Fylde's tenth signing of the summer.
Midfielder Billy Clifford has rejoined Boreham Wood on non-contract terms. The former Chelsea youngster, 25, was released by League Two side Crawley Town in May.
2 August
Barrow have signed Sheffield United striker Tyler Smith on a half-season loan deal. The 19-year-old is yet to make a competitive appearance for the Blades.
Ebbsfleet have signed striker Michael Cheek from Dagenham & Redbridge for an undisclosed fee. The 26-year-old scored 13 goals in the National League last season.
Ipswich defender Patrick Webber has rejoined Braintree on loan. The 19-year-old made three appearances during a spell with the National League side in 2017-18.
AFC Fylde have signed right-back Arlen Birch on a one-year deal. The 21-year-old came through Everton's academy and was released by Burnley this summer.
Experienced defender Nathan Clarke and striker Jonathan Edwards have signed deals with FC Halifax Town after successful trials during pre-season. Clarke, 34, has had spells with Huddersfield, Leyton Orient and Bradford while former Hull player Edwards, 21, had loan spells with Accrington and Woking last season.
1 August
Aldershot Town have signed striker Dan Holman, centre-back Karleigh Osborne and winger Jacob Berkeley-Agyepong. Holman, 28, joins following his released by Cheltenham, while former Grimsby defender Osborne, 30, has agreed a one-year deal and ex-Crystal Palace man Berkeley-Agyepong, 21, had been on trial with the Shots during pre-season.
Barnet have signed Latvia youth international Rihards Matrevics on a two-year contract. The 19-year-old, who has represented his country at under-17 and under-19 level, featured for West Ham United's academy teams last season.
Former Woking midfielder Chez Isaac has joined Dartford on undisclosed terms. The 25-year-old former Watford trainee made 38 league appearances for the Cards last season.
Gateshead have signed defender Tom Devitt on a one-year deal, subject to international clearance. The 22-year-old, who had been on trial with the club, recently completed a four-year football scholarship in the United States.
Jack Munns has left Hartlepool United after it was mutually agreed to cancel his contract. The midfielder joined Pools last summer from Cheltenham Town and scored one goal in 18 appearances for the club.
Sutton United have signed midfielder Wayne Brown, 29, who has been playing for Newcastle Jets in Australia's A-League for the past two years. Meanwhile, Simon Downer and Craig Dundas have been released by boss Paul Doswell.
Wrexham have signed Brighton & Hove Albion winger Jordan Maguire-Drew on a season-long loan deal. The 20-year-old had spells at Lincoln and Coventry last season.
