Stoppage-time goals from Harrison Burrows and Siriki Dembele earned Peterborough United a stunning comeback victory against Derby County in the Championship.
With little to separate the teams after 70 minutes, the result came down to three substitutes and the final 11 minutes of added time, as Posh scored in the 91st and 100th minutes to fight back from a goal down.
For Darren Ferguson, it gave his side their first league win of the season after being promoted back to the Championship.
Wayne Rooney's Rams will be left to rue giving away the lead so late, after Jack Stretton's strike on 77 minutes had broken the deadlock.
The first half passed with few clear-cut chances, the best of which fell to Peterborough's Jonson Clarke-Harris on 34 minutes. His long-range effort caught out Derby goalkeeper Kelle Roos, who allowed the ball to roll under his feet before he regathered it with his hands.
Seven minutes into the second half, 19-year-old Stretton was brought on for the injured Colin Kazim-Richards.
The sight of the forward being stretchered off will pile further misery on Rooney, whose options are already limited with his side remaining under a transfer embargo.
Stretton, making only his fifth appearance for Derby, had a chance to put his side ahead after 71 minutes, but he couldn't quite get on the end of Louie Sibley's pass across goal.
However, six minutes later his strike on the half volley went straight into the back of the net following a corner that bounced around the box.
Peterborough then brought on their own teenage substitute, 19-year-old Burrows, who made an quick impact. Eight minutes after coming on, he slotted home from Joe Ward's cross to bring Posh level.
Then, deep into the bumper 11 minutes of added time, Dembele - who replaced Jack Marriott - met another Ward cross to give Peterborough the victory in dramatic style.
Peterborough United manager Darren Ferguson:
"The players deserve a lot of credit to turn it round and get a result. We knew the injury time would play a big part in the game as it would get the team going who were behind. That was us and as soon as we got the equaliser I felt something good could happen.
"Harrison got himself into a great position to bring us level and it was a really good, composed finish from Siriki at such a key moment in the game. We have a great record of coming back in games and it's vital we are able to keep doing that and picking up points at home.
"I was getting frustrated as I thought we lacked a bit of belief for a lot of the game. We conceded a sloppy goal to fall behind and that left us with no choice other than to take risks and to go for it.
"The Championship is a relentless league and I stressed to the players it was important to get some points on the board from this game so I'm delighted with how we did it."
Derby County manager Wayne Rooney:
"It's lapses in concentration, it's an individual mistake which has cost us, allowed them to come back into the game and then a second individual mistake has given them the second goal.
"So it's frustrating as a coach to concede two goals the way we did but I thought overall we were the better team, we deserved the win. But this is football, if you don't keep your concentration for 90 minutes you can get punished."
