Norwich City 2-3 Preston North End: Emil Riis' double helps Preston to shock win over Canaries

Troy Parrott grabbed a late winner to add to an Emil Riis double as Preston North End scored more than once in the Championship for the first time this season in a thrilling comeback victory over Norwich City.
The Canaries' nine-game league unbeaten run did not look under threat as Josh Sargent's strike from the edge of the box put them ahead after just two minutes and they wasted several chances to press home their dominance.
But Preston recovered from conceding their first away league goal this term to level through a powerful Riis header, and the Danish striker made it 2-1 after the interval, shooting home after being teed up by Parrott.
The Canaries replied through Gabriel Sara's strike, but were denied a point that would have taken them top of the table when on-loan Tottenham forward Parrott scored at the near post with the help of a big deflection.
Norwich thought they had salvaged a draw and avoided a first home league loss this season only for Kenny McLean's injury-time effort to be disallowed for a foul in the box.
The late drama epitomised a wonderful game, with the tone set as early as the second minute through Sargent's seventh goal of the season, following good work by Liam Gibbs.
American forward Sargent could have had a second goal after showing some nifty footwork, but was denied by Freddie Woodman, who also did well to keep out an Aaron Ramsey strike.
Preston threatened on a couple of occasions, blasting a long-range effort over and Sean Maguire having a glancing header held by Norwich keeper Tim Krul.
But Teemu Pukki wasted a glorious chance for the Canaries, shooting wide with his left foot when one-on-one.
The miss proved costly as Riis grabbed his second goal in two games - and just Preston's fifth in the league this term - with a powerful header from Robbie Brady's cross.
A second Riis effort, after a slick team move and a perfectly weighted Parrott pass, put Preston ahead soon after half-time.
The hosts responded, Woodman saving from Sargent and Pukki firing an effort wide before Brazilian midfielder Sara registered his first goal for Norwich when teed up by Pukki.
Parrott's strike saw Preston score three in a match, just one shy of the total they had managed in 12 previous league games this season. And although Onel Hernadez saw an effort tipped over by Woodman before McLean's late effort, Ryan Lowe's side held on for a stunning win.
Norwich boss Dean Smith told BBC Radio Norfolk:
"We gave the ball away cheaply for their goals and we should have been out of sight after 20 minutes.
"We knew they would drop deep and look to play on the counter-attack. It's a lack of concentration that has cost us. It's frustrating.
"You can't give goals away like we did today. I never brush off a defeat, I'm hurt and frustrated.
"The referee said the goal was disallowed for a pull by Grant Hanley but their lad was pulling as well."
Preston boss Ryan Lowe:
"A fantastic performance overall. To come to Norwich, go toe-to-toe with them and take three points, is something the lads need to be proud of. And we are, because not many teams will do that.
"They were unbeaten in nine but we thought 'What have we have got to lose?' People probably didn't have us down to win anyway, so we went out there with full belief in the way we want to play to hopefully get some goals - which we certainly did.
"There has been a lot of talk about how there haven't been many goals in our matches so far and hopefully this will put a stop to that.
"The fact we scored three goals is no surprise to me. It is something we work hard on in training and anyone who has watched us recently will know we have created plenty of scoring opportunities without putting them away."
