Ruben Selles: Reading must 'continue to fight' on and off the field

Reading manager Ruben Selles has issued a strong message to supporters as they fight to stay in League One.
The Royals lost in controversial circumstances on Tuesday to second-placed Derby County.
The past weeks have seen the club publicly share it is willing to entertain offers for its training ground.
Financial figures for March also revealed a shortfall that BBC Sport understands to be about £1m.
"We will fight against everything and anyone who is in our way," Selles told BBC Radio Berkshire.
"This team has been fighting against absolutely everything that's been thrown at them recently, and we are going to keep doing it as we have been."
The Royals' defeat by Derby ended in frustration as Andy Yiadom was sent off for for a second yellow card after a challenge on Conor Hourihane, which the Reading boss felt had minimal contact.
Due to it being a second yellow card and not a straight red, the sending off cannot be appealed, something that the Spaniard felt was not fair.
"I'll need to speak with our legal team," Selles said.
"I think that the footage is so obvious that we should be able to appeal it, maybe the EFL should change their rules."
The Reading boss also felt Derby's first goal scored by Dwight Gayle was offside.
The result leaves Ruben Selles' side in 18th place, five points clear of the relegation zone.
