GOAL: Notts County 4-1 Alfretonpublished at 21:27 Greenwich Mean Time

Jevani Brown (85 mins - pen)

Notts County substitute Ryley Reynolds is brought down in the box and there are no arguments as referee Scott Simpson points to the spot.

With Alassana Jatta having gone off just a few minutes before Jevani Brown steps up and converts the penalty for his first goal in a Notts County shirt.

  3. Postpublished at 87 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

It's all getting rather real at The Lamb. The fans have quietened down. The nerves are kicking in.

Town are on the front foot and have won a few corners in the past few minutes, though Jas SIngh has been equal to them all - under no real pressure it must be said.

  4. Postpublished at 21:25 Greenwich Mean Time

    Notts County 3-1 Alfreton

Into the final 10 minutes and, barring a miracle, this one looks done.

George Willis has denied George Abbott and Alassana Jatta (again) to keep it at 3-1 but Max Hunt has seen a header saved by Alex Bass in the Notts County goal.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 84 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

Bojan Radulovic rises to meet a right-wing cross for the Terriers and glances the ball on towards the back post, via a flick off a defender, but it slides past the upright with Callum Marshall unable to get on the end of it.

Jas Singh claims the corner with aplomb, though he gets a wallop for his efforts.

Skipper Ben Milnes hands Singh the armband as he heads off, to be replaced by Kieran Wallace in midfield for the final seven minutes and change.

Town also make a change as Radulovic is withdrawn after a quiet outing with former Ipswich man Freddie Ladapo coming off the bench.

  6. Postpublished at 79 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

Callum Marshall has an ambitious pop from an angle, well outside the area, thinking perhaps that Jas Singh was off his line.

He wasn't, but the ball ends up in the stand either way - to the delight of the majority of the crowd of more than 3,500.

The 750 of them from Huddersfield will be feeling pretty gloomy at present.

That save could be crucial at the finish.

    Maxwell got the block.

But they just haven't been comfortable all night with that long throw.

  8. Postpublished at 77 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

Matty Pearson and keeper Chris Maxwell have a bit of a row after the big defender hacks clear in his own area. Not on the same page at all at the back. The perils of fielding a cup keeper, perhaps.

Tom Tonks takes the long throw which is nodded into space at the near post for Tom McGlinchey who sees his shot charged down by the sprawling Maxwell. He'll feel miles better after that. Good, brave keeping.

  9. 'There's no understanding in the Huddersfield attack'published at 21:19 Greenwich Mean Time

There aren't any combinations in the forward areas for Huddersfield.

    There's a lack of understanding.

Jas Singh has had a comfortable second-half.

  10. Postpublished at 21:17 Greenwich Mean Time

    Notts County 3-1 Alfreton

Credit to the Alfreton goalkeeper George Willis who has made some good saves tonight.

He might have been beaten twice in the second-half by Alassana Jatta but he's also denied the striker twice to go with a couple of stops in the first period.

We haven't seen the visitors as an attacking force since the break.

  11. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 76 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

Kyle Finn hobbles off for the hosts with Beck-Ray Enoru coming on, undoing the only change from Saturday's National League defeat at Southend.

    That was his first start...

  12. Postpublished at 73 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

Yes, the pitch is a leveller, but these two sides do not look like they are 57 places apart in the football ladder.

Tamworth are compact and keeping a nice shape, despite the tiring legs. You can see why they only conceded 29 goals in 46 games last season as they secured promotion.

At present, Huddersfield have no answer to them...

  13. 'Tamworth are slowing it down'published at 21:14 Greenwich Mean Time

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

    Chris Sutton
BBC Sport pundit on BBC Two

There's a moment where goalkeeper and defender are on the wrong wavelength.

It goes well wide in the end.

Tamworth are great disruptors - making things difficult for Huddersfield, slowing it down.

  14. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

Hearts in mouths for Lambs fans as Jordan Cullinane-Liburd sticks out a leg to prevent Callum Marshall beating Jas Singh to a bouncing ball, only for the ball to loop wide of his unguarded net as time, seemingly, stood still.

Singh claims the resultant corner, bad finger and all...

Huddersfield have the ball in the net, but the flag was up as Mikel Miller had skilfully, but illegally, taken the ball across the byline in the build-up.

Of more concern is Jas Singh who seems to have injured a finger as he tried to keep the close-range effort out.

Some magic spray while his team-mates have an impromptu team talk. He's OK to continue.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 66 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

David Kasumu does well to earn a free-kick under pressure from Nathan Tshikuna 20 yards out but Ben Wiles' curling cross is clawed away from goal with Jaheim Headley's follow-up sailing well over the bar.

Headley and Tom Iorpenda are withdrawn by Michael Duff before the restart with Mikel Miller and Herbie Kane coming on to try to change things.

  17. Postpublished at 64 mins

    Tamworth 1-0 Huddersfield

Huddersfield have absolutely not come out of the blocks as you'd have expected them to in the first 15 minutes of the second half. Michael Duff can't be happy.

The only thing in their favour is the home side, perhaps understandably, look to be tiring.

  18. goal

GOAL: Notts County 3-1 Alfretonpublished at 21:05 Greenwich Mean Time

    Alassana Jatta (62 mins)

    That might end it.

Alfreton just haven't been able to deal with Notts County in this second-half and in particular Alassana Jatta.

Again it's the Jevani Brown - Jatta combination as the former plays his strike partner through and he's not going to miss this one-on-one with Willis.

It's a long way back for Alfreton now.

  19. Watch: Jatta puts Magpies aheadpublished at 21:04 Greenwich Mean Time

    Notts County 2-1 Alfreton

Here's that second Notts County goal that has quelled any hopes of a shock at Meadow Lane.

But there's an upset very much on at The Lamb, still...

Bit of a juggle from keeper Jas Singh under pressure from a Terriers corner, Bojan Radulovic getting in his way as he tried to claim a far-post header, but the Tamworth defence bail him out with a clearance.
