    Bradford 0-0 Fleetwood

The away side win a free-kick in a promising area and Sam Walker has to be on his mettle to pluck a James Bolton header out of the air.

The Cod Army have nothing to play for but you can bet they'll love to be party poopers at a packed Valley Parade today.

    Reading 0-0 Barnsley

Reading will be aware of that early goal for Leyton Orient but still need to win - Huddersfield could get back into it so they must stick to the task at hand.

Lewis Wing hits a shot and Joe Gauci saves in the Barnsley goal.

    Notts County 0-0 Doncaster

Already Notts County are looking to utilise Alassana Jatta.

They are passing up long balls to find the front man, alone at the top.

It reaches him not too far away from the box as he's being flanked by the Doncaster defenders but before he can do anything with it, the flag is up for offside.

Will he get many opportunities like that? He'll hope so.

    Bradford 0-0 Fleetwood

Bright opening from the promotion-chasing home side as they win an early corner.

It's played short and Bobby Pointon's ball in causes some real chaos in the area.

    Oh wow!

You know what I just said about Orient clearing that corner away?

Well a scuffed back pass sets Jamie Donley away and he squares the ball for Dan Agyei to fire into an empty net.

That's a sixth EFL goal for Agyei and one which has the Os on course for the play-offs.

    Huddersfield 0-0 Leyton Orient

Jonathan Hogg has led out Huddersfield for the final time today.

It's his 410th appearance for the Terriers and he starts with a shot which is blocked for a corner which the visitors clear away.

This is the last time we will be seeing Birmingham City and Wrexham in League One this year as they head to the dizzying heights of the Championship.

But while we will miss them, we've got three new teams who will be looking to do exactly what Blues did and take the third tier by storm after a disappointing relegation.

Those teams will be Cardiff City, Plymouth Argyle and... Luton Town.

The Hatters suffered a dramatic 5-3 defeat by West Bromwich Albion to finalise their second successive relegation.

The sun is shining here Adams Park. A summer's afternoon where it's a straight shootout for third place in League One. Both have secured a play-off spot already.

A win for either will confirm third and home advantage in the second leg against sixth in the play-offs.

Stockport have had a strong end to the season with seven games unbeaten including six wins.

Wycombe have lost their last two league games against potential play-off opponents in Leyton Orient and Charlton.

Huddersfield v Leyton Orient (15:00 BST)

    Shourjo Sarkar
Commentator on BBC Radio 5 Live

The expected crowd here at Huddersfield is only 14,000 - that’s including 2,300 away fans.

Capacity at this stadium is just under 25,000.

Such has been the disappointing form of Huddersfield (they’ve lost five in a row, don’t have a permanent manager etc), that only around 12,000 home fans are due to come here today.

The stadium will be half empty for the final home game of the season in pretty nice weather!

On a day where calculators come out, the equation is simple for Salford - a win = the League 2 playoffs.

They’ve a sold out away end backing them at Carlisle today, who themselves are waving goodbye to the EFL after relegation and hello to trips to Truro and Southend.

Still. One fan looking on the bright side, tweeting: “My son lives near Truro, 870 mile round trip - so can combine the two!”

    Lovely stuff.

    Final Score

No disrespect to Fleetwood Town but this game is all about Bradford City - a team that once graced the Premier League with players like Carbone and Collymore have had a rough few years and six years after their relegation to League Two, they are on the cusp of promotion to League One.

Graham Alexander's side simply have to match or better Walsall's result on this final day to achieve promotion and take the final automatic place.

They have suffered in the last few weeks and Bantams fans will tell you key injuries have made this season difficult but this squad has performed miracles at times throughout the campaign and one final push will get them over the line.

Fleetwood boss Pete Wild wants his team to end on a positive but the sheer nature of this game and the atmosphere which has been electric throughout the season here at the University of Bradford Stadium could be too much for the visitors and we could see the biggest Bantams Bash at full-time if they manage to get the job done!

Well, Grimsby have two thousand inflatable haddocks called Harry to join the capacity crowd in this key game for both Grimsby and AFC Wimbledon.

AFC Wimbledon will make the play-offs if they avoid defeat against Grimsby or if they lose AND Salford & Chesterfield both fail to win.

Port Vale are already assured of an immediate return to League One next season, but how Darren Moore's side would love to add the League Two champions trophy to the cabinet.

A win for Vale at home to Gillingham will be enough to claim top spot if Doncaster don't beat Notts County. A draw will be enough for the Staffordshire outfit, but only if Doncaster lose by three goals.

Away from the title showdown, and the automatic promotion race, our focus will be on the final two play-off places, with five sides chasing two spots at the end of the play tonight.

Wimbledon lead the way, and a point away to Grimsby will secure a top seven spot. Dave Artell's Mariners are also looking for a play-off spot, but a point would only be enough if Salford lose at already-relegated Carlisle, and Chesterfield and Colchester don't pick up three points against Accrington Stanley and Barrow respectively.

Three points for Salford would ensure a play-off place regardless of other results, while a point would only be enough if Grimsby lose against Wimbledon, Chesterfield don't pick up all three points and Colchester don't win by a six-goal margin.

Chesterfield would sneak into the top seven if they win and both Grimsby and Salford don't collect three points.

Colchester in 10th are the side that need the most help from above. Danny Cowley's U's can only snatch the final play-off spot with a win at home to Barrow, but require Grimsby to draw, Chesterfield to not win, and Salford to lose.

With the above scenarios for Grimsby and Chesterfield, a Salford draw would require Colchester to win by six.

Lots to digest there. Make sure you stay with us to make sure you're completely up to date with how things stand through the afternoon.

Elsewhere, Bromley can secure a top half finish in their debut EFL campaign with a win at home to Cheltenham, while Swindon can end an impressive second half to the season under Ian Holloway with a fifth win in seven at home to MK Dons.

Morecambe's final game in the EFL for at least a season is at home to Harrogate, while Tranmere Rovers, who secured survival last weekend, end their campaign with a trip to Newport.

  16. Three changes for Crewe; four for the Saddlerspublished at 14:42 British Summer Time 3 May

Crewe Alexandra picked up two red cards against Tranmere to see Tom Lowery and Zac Williams ruled out of today's encounter.

They aren't the only ones missing the final day of the season with Joel Tabiner also not named in the matchday squad.

There are replaced by Jamie Knight-Lebel, Max Sanders and Calum Agius to complete the triple change.

Walsall make four changes to the side who lost to Accrington Stanley last time out.

Levi Amantchi, Jamie Jellis and Ryan Stirk are the ones who make the cut.

While Oisin McEntee, Jamille Matt and Albert Adomah are all hoping to make a guest appearance from the bench.

  17. Walsall looking for hope, any hope at allpublished at 14:40 British Summer Time 3 May

    Crewe v Walsall (15:00 BST)

From a 12-point lead at the top to being a point off automatic promotion, Walsall's wobbling since losing top scorer Nathan Lowe in January (a man who won League Two's young player of the year despite only having played in it half a season, by the way) has proven costly.

Though, how much is not yet known.

Have they simply relinquished the title, or also a spot in the top three or, dare I say it, promotion altogether?

Today will be the first test. A draw could be enough to see them move back into the top three and head up to League One without having to put their fans, who will argue they have suffered quite enough these past three months, through the stress of the play-offs.

Really though, they could do with a victory, even if they'd still need to rely on Bradford City not finding a win of their own to get automatic promotion.

But it would put an end to a winless run of 13 games and maybe, just maybe, offer some play-off hope for a fan base in desperate need of something to cling onto.

Midtable Crewe don't have anything to play for after a run of five games without a win themselves but it's fair to say they're not exactly fond of the Saddlers so they wont want to give them cause for celebration on their own turf.

Bradford City v Fleetwood (15:00 BST)

The scenario for Bradford City is simple today.

Win and they will be promoted back to League One after six seasons in the bottom tier of the Football League.

The Bantams had enjoyed an excellent second half of the season until a run of just two wins in their final 10 threw things off course somewhat.

Still, it's perhaps not surprising that they have had some late-season jitters given they are looking to secure automatic promotion for the first time since 1999, the same year they last finished in the top three of any division.

It is a complete sell-out on what will be an emotional day as the club marks the 40th anniversary of the Valley Parade fire disaster which killed 54 Bradford fans and two Lincoln City supporters.

  20. A title-chaser against a promotion-dreamerpublished at 14:36 British Summer Time 3 May

Notts County v Doncaster (15:00 BST)

The game held at Meadow Lane is heavy. Heavy because it's loaded with potential gold.

For Doncaster, that sparkling treasure will be the title.

It would be well deserved after an emphatic end to their season. They've been undefeated for 10 straight games but only a victory will ensure they keep the title out of Port Vale's hands and into their trophy cabinet.

As for Notts County, they've kept themselves in the running for automatic promotion and may experience the razzle-dazzle of League One if they can beat the league leaders and results at Bradford and Walsall aren't so shiny.

Big consequences, big pressure, BIG potential treasures.
