If anyone is actually watching the Liverpool game then you'll know that the only player getting anything out of that pitch is (Australian spin bowler) Nathan Lyon. Never seen anything that bad in the game of football.

Team K League 1-0 Newcastle United (36 mins)

There has been a minute's applause for Diogo Jota in the 20th minute during Liverpool's friendly with Yokohama F. Marinos.

Liverpool have dominated the last 15 minutes of action but it still remains goalless in Japan.

Mohamed Salah created two chances with superb passes, but, on a tricky surface, Cody Gakpo, under pressure, saw his shot saved, while Dominik Szoboszlai could not get an attempt away.
