Stevenage work a bit of space on the edge of the City box as Beryly Lubala pokes the ball to Harvey White who sets himself 20 yards out but can only drag a left-footed effort past George Wickens' near post.

I'll take it though, an improvement...

    Burton 0-0 Peterborough

Peterborough's Tom Lees goes into the book for a block on Fabio Tavares.

  3. Postpublished at 13:07 BST

    Burton 0-0 Peterborough

Posh goalkeeper Alex Bass grabs the ball on the very edge of the area as Peter Kioso tries to shepherd it back and that was close to a handball surely.

The referee looks over to his linesman for support and the pair swiftly decide that he was just the right side of the line but replays would suggest otherwise.

  4. Postpublished at 13:07 BST

    Lincoln 0-0 Stevenage

After the pretty one-sided opening 15 minutes in which Lincoln fashioned five half-decent chances, this has been a bit of a grind.

Stop-start, lot of ball in the air, most of it in the middle of the park. Martin Coy has been the busiest man on the grass in the past 15 minutes.

    Only way is up...

    Lincoln 0-0 Stevenage

Lincoln keeper George Wickens races off his line and launches a Superman-style punch to clear the ball from Gassan Ahadme's reach, but gets a whack for his trouble and will need a spot of treatment.

Ref Martin Coy has a word with the Boro forward but nothing more. It will be a throw-in when we resume...

    Burton 0-0 Peterborough

Tousle-haired Charlie Webster has a crack from a tight angle and Alex Bass gets his body in the way to deny.

This is all Burton pressure and you get the feeling the breakthrough will come sooner rather than later.

    Gavin Gordon
Former Lincoln striker on BBC Radio Lincolnshire

Stevenage have been on the back foot today, and they are looking everywhere for a way back into this game.

  10. Postpublished at 12:55 BST

    Lincoln 0-0 Stevenage

Sonny Bradley gets a talking to from ref Martin Coy after hauling down Gassan Ahadme in midfield as he threatened to break on to a high ball.

All a touch bitty in the past five or 10 minutes, but Boro are slowly growing into the contest.

  11. BIG CHANCEpublished at 12:54 BST

    Burton 0-0 Peterborough

...and a big save from Alex Bass as Tyrese Shade loses his one on one to the Peterborough keeper.

That was a chance created by a poor clearance from Posh which skewed into the path of Shade on the right.

He takes a touch and wallops an effort from 12 yards goalbound only to hit Bass's right thigh and rebound to safety.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:54 BST

First yellow of the game goes to Bromley defender Lakyle Samuel for a foul on Shayne Lavery.

  13. Postpublished at 12:53 BST

    Lincoln 0-0 Stevenage

The long throws from Tom Hamer are a big threat for Lincoln, but Stevenage, as they have done for much of the season, are defending with a real hunger and attacking every ball into the mixer as though their lives depend on it.

Alex Revell will be delighted to be midway through the first half and for his side's sheet to remain clean, given the chances the hosts have had.

  14. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 12:50 BST

    Burton 0-0 Peterborough

Long ball from Burton's right side comes over the shoulder of the retreating Tom O'Connor and hits his hand before falling safely to the Alex Bass in the Peterborough goal.

The appeals of the Burton players are waved away and it looks as though Posh got away with one there.

  15. Postpublished at 12:50 BST

Stevenage right-back Jasper Pattenden goes down in a heap after being closed down by Ben House near halfway, but he's OK to continue and it's just a free-kick.

    Lincoln 0-0 Stevenage

Yet another effort from the hosts, this time Rob Street lays it off just outside the box for Reeco Hackett to take on a curling effort with his left foot but it's always rising and doesn't trouble the keeper.

Five shots in the opening 16 minutes for Lincoln, none of them on target.

  17. 'No-one does it better'published at 12:46 BST

    Lincoln 0-0 Stevenage

    Neil Metcalfe
Stevenage Comet reporter on BBC Three Counties Radio

When it comes to defending, getting in the way and being strong, no one does it better than Carl Piergianni.

It is impressive from Lincoln with the pace that they break at though.

    Burton 0-0 Peterborough

The hosts have had the better of the opening 15 minutes with Tyrese Shade, operating in the right channel, looking the most likely to create a breakthrough.

Nothing much going forward for Posh as yet bar a couple of counter-attacking punches which have been dealt with by Bradley Collins or Alex Hartridge or a combination of the two.
