Jamie Walker's double were his first goals this season for Grimsby
Grimsby inflicted more misery on League Two's basement club Cheltenham with a 7-1 victory over nine men at Blundell Park.
Managerless Cheltenham did take the lead in the 19th minute as Isaac Hutchinson finished off Ethon Archer's low cross.
Jamie Walker provided the response with two stunning strikes just two minutes apart, with long-range efforts in the 39th and 41st minutes.
Harry Pell's late challenge on Charles Vernam earned him a second yellow and his marching orders in the 45th minute.
Ten became nine for the visitors in the 50th minute, with Lee Angol the next to receive a second booking for a suspected elbow to the face of Cameron McJannet.
Grimsby extended their lead as top scorer Jaze Kabia fired through the hands of Joe Day from range.
Jayden Sweeney scored Grimsby's fourth in the 59th minute, and it was five just two minutes later through Vernam's volley.
Sweeney popped up again to make it six in the 80th minute before Evan Khouri added a seventh from close range three minutes later.
