After winning 2-1 in May last season, Shrewsbury could win successive league meetings with Bristol Rovers for the first time since February 2018.
Although Bristol Rovers have only won two of their last 10 Football League visits to Shrewsbury (D2 L6), those two have come in their last three such trips (L1).
Shrewsbury have alternated between victory and defeat in their last eight games in League One (W4 D4), while they lost 2-0 against Carlisle last time out.
Bristol Rovers have only won one of their six games in League One so far this season (D3 L2), with their six points their fewest at this stage of a league campaign since 2018-19 (4 – finished 15th in League One).
