Hmm, the pictures we're receiving in our Glasgow office conveniently froze before that Ivan Dolcek free-kick.

Judging by the radio commentary, I'm assuming it didn't come to anything.

United shift it well and Ivan Dolcek wins a foul in a dangerous spot.

He scored from similar range on Sunday...

    Hibernian 0-2 Partizan Belgrade (2-2)

    Michael Stewart
Former Scotland midfielder on BBC Sportscene

Hibs have to be far more aggressive. They need to be far tighter in closing down.

  6. Postpublished at 21:09 British Summer Time

Dundee Utd 2-1 Rapid Vienna (4-3)

    Billy Dodds
Former Dundee United striker on BBC Radio Scotland

It's a brilliant delivery, pinpoint. They always get someone across that front post.

    It's the scenario we dreaded.

    BBC Sport Scotland at Tannadice

Now things have become a bit nervy. There's a lot of anxiety in the stands, but can the United players hold firm?

GOAL! Dundee Utd 2-1 Rapid Vienna (4-3)published at 63 mins

    Vicko Sevelj (own goal)

    Uh oh...

Rapid striker Antiste wins a corner at the front post and the last touch comes from a United head.

It's Vicko Sevelj who scores the own goal.

  9. Postpublished at 21:07 British Summer Time

Dundee Utd 2-0 Rapid Vienna (4-2)

    Tony Docherty
Former Dundee manager on BBC Sportsound

Rapid have deployed better players in better areas.

It's apparent that Antiste is more effective as the withdrawn striker, and he's giving United problems.

  10. KICK-OFFpublished at 21:06 British Summer Time

    Hibernian 0-2 Partizan Belgrade (2-2)

Away we go again at Easter Road.

Dundee Utd 2-0 Rapid Vienna (4-2)

    Tony Docherty
Former Dundee manager on BBC Sportsound

The two players that Rapid have brought on have the quality that will give United problems.

They're better replacements than the ones that started the game.

It's important Craig Sibbald cuts off the passing lanes to deny the new striker any supply.

A Rapid corner then causes panic in the United box.

The home side are having to dig in a bit here.

Dundee Utd 2-0 Rapid Vienna (4-2)

An excellent passing move from United ends with Will Ferry being picked out at the back post, but the captain is always stretching and can't hit the target.

Up the other end, keeper Yevhen Kucherenko beats away a fierce hit.

  16. 'A night to forget for Smith'published at 20:58 British Summer Time

HT: Hibernian 0-2 Partizan Belgrade (2-2)

    Scott Allan

That nervousness has now spread to part of the defence. It's one of those nights to forget for Jordan Smith.

  17. Play-off opponent latestpublished at 20:57 British Summer Time

Aberdeen will face FCSB in the Europa League play-off round, after the Romanian side won 3-1 tonight in Kosovo, beating Drita 6-3 on aggregate.

Hibs' possible opponents in the Conference League play-off are now on a knife's edge, with Legia Warsaw producing the same sort of comeback as Partizan Belgrade.

They lead 2-0 at home to AEK Larnaca at half-time, with the Cypriots still 4-3 ahead on aggregate. Remember it's the loser of that tie that faces Hibs.

Dundee United already know that a win tonight sets up a tie with Gyori ETO of Hungary.

  18. 'Smith looks nervous'published at 20:56 British Summer Time

HT: Hibernian 0-2 Partizan Belgrade (2-2)

    Lewis Stevenson
Former Hibernian left-back on BBC Scotland

I feel for Jordan Smith. He was pivotal in the upturn of Hibs good form last season. He looked nervous on Sunday and he does again tonight.

Hopefully he'll come back in the second half and make big saves to keep Hibs in the tie.

  19. Postpublished at 20:52 British Summer Time

Dundee Utd 2-0 Rapid Vienna (4-2)

    Richard Winton
    BBC Sport Scotland at Tannadice

As for Max Watters, his first act as a Dundee United player was to take a heavy dunt against UNA Strassen and have his debut curtailed after only a handful of minutes.

A couple of weeks on, he might just have written himself into Tannadice folklore.

    Long way to go, mind...

  20. Postpublished at 47 mins

Dundee Utd 2-0 Rapid Vienna (4-2)

That's a real blow for United. Zac Sapsford looks such a player and already looks a huge part of this team.

Meanwhile, United keeper Yevhen Kucherenko is called into action early in this half.
