Ruthless Partick Thistle moved into the promotion places in the Scottish Championship after putting five goals past Hamilton Academical.
Aiden Fitzpatrick guided a through ball into the path of Scott Robinson and his weak shot trickled into the bottom left-hand corner for the opener. Daniel O'Reilly's header set up Robinson for his second from close range on 20 minutes.
Hamilton capitalised on a mistake from goalkeeper Myles Roberts with Kevin O’Hara giving his team a lifeline on half-time.
But, moments into the second period, Robinson set up Brian Graham to nod in unchallenged.
Graham turned provider with a fantastic through ball for Logan Chalmers to round Charlie Albinson and finish before Fitzpatrick raced away and delivered low across the face of the goal for Graham's second.
Thistle, in fourth, are two points behind Ayr United while Hamilton are seventh, below Raith Rovers on goal difference.
What the managers said
Partick Thistle manager Kris Doolan: "We started the game the way we were hoping to. We spoke about it and then the only thing we did was give them a lift by giving them a goal essentially, but we spoke at half-time and it was only to be a lift.
"We start the game on the front foot again second half we get the early goal again and then from then on we get better and better. Everybody played their part, you know you look at the team that ends the game, that's a team that can start."
Hamilton Academical manager John Rankin: "I don't think you can start both halves like that and expect to take anything from a game.
"The first half we started poorly, we got ourselves back into the game before half-time and then the second half we start the exact same way. The second half we don't give ourselves a chance at all in the game, which is disappointing."
