Ross County had the game where they wanted it with the early Simon Murray goal but Ester Sokler's leveller has made the situation much more anxious for the Staggies.
As things stand, they are heading towards a relegation play-off for the second year running.

It's a shocker from Motherwell. Paul McGinn's header drops in the box, and Bevis Mugabi is waiting for Liam Kelly to come out and gather.
Neither do anything and Sidibeh comes from nowhere to nod it into the bottom corner.

It's a wonderful pass in behind from Lennon Miller, and Bair is through and in the box.
He pulls the trigger and it flies well over, but it looked as though the sliding Liam Gordon deflected that off target.
A goal kick is given though. Gordon at least managed to put Bair off.

It's magnificent play from the little midfield player Connor Barron.
He takes possession outside of the box, he's got three defenders in front of him, he's got to somehow manage to create a little bit of space for himself.
He does that by wriggling away from goal. It's a delightful little clip. He knows exactly what he's trying to do.
Ester Sokler then at the back post leaps above everybody else and powers it into the back of the net.
Another fabulous goal.

He goes low to Dimitar Mitov's right and the Bulgarian gets down to push it away. Georgie Gent lashes over the rebound too.
The former Saints man had the chance to put them in all sorts of bother. And at the same time Aberdeen were scoring in Dingwall.

It's been coming and now Aberdeen have parity.
It starts with a corner that Ross County only half clear and Connor Barron goes on a mazy run into the inside right channel before lifting across for Ester Sokler to nod home from close range.
Two excellent goals in this match so far.

Leighton Clarkson is an advanced position and attempts to beat Ross Laidlaw with the outside of his right boot. Laidlaw gets the nearest of touches but it is enough to avert the danger.

Leighton Clarkson's effort is blocked by the head of Baldwin, who is certainly putting himself about.
Clarkson had actually attempted to the free-kick early, before whistle was blown and it ended in the net but play was back and Ross County scorer Simon Murray was booked for some sort of dissent.

All three league meetings between Motherwell and St. Johnstone this season have been drawn; the last fixture to be drawn four times in a Scottish top-flight campaign was Dunfermline Athletic v Inverness Caledonian Thistle in 2011-12 (Dundee v Kilmarnock could also be drawn four times this season).
St. Johnstone have only lost one of their last eight league meetings with Motherwell (W3 D4), and are unbeaten in their last three such away visits (W2 D1).
After their 4-1 win over Livingston, Motherwell are looking to win back-to-back home league games for just a second time this season, after doing so in their first two such matches.
St. Johnstone must win this match and hope Ross County fail to beat Aberdeen to avoid a place in the play-offs. The Saints have, however, lost 19 league games this season, last losing 20+ in a top-flight campaign in 2001-02 (27), when they were last relegated.
St. Johnstone’s Craig Levein has lost each of his last four MD38 games in the Scottish top-flight, twice with Dundee United (2007-08, 2008-08) and twice with Hearts (2017-18, 2018-19).
