Time for another stoppage as Gemma Bonner receives some treatment. It looks like it's just cramp.

It's quietened a little, but it's Manchester City who are in control.

Manchester City are enjoying much more space - and Jill Roord is at the heart of a lot of their attacks.

She clearly still needs to get back to full fitness but is constantly running in behind the Liverpool defence to link play.

These past few minutes have been good for Manchester City. They've had more shots in the past five than the entire of the first half.

Lauren Hemp spots a gap from the edge of the area and tries to curl an effort into the far corner.

It goes just wide, though.

That's what she is so good at. Manchester City haven't created anywhere near enough chances but they only need one with Khadija Shaw.

It's an awkward, looping header but both goalkeepers probably should have done better with the two goals.

That would've been audacious. Lauren Hemp spots Rachael Laws off her line and tries to lob her from distance, but Hemp's effort doesn't dip quickly enough and goes over the crossbar.

A *tiny* bit better from the visitors, but still not much of an issue for Liverpool.

A neat bit of footwork from Jess Park before she plays the ball to Jill Roord, but her effort goes wide.

Liverpool are in the middle of a really good spell.

Taylor Hinds intercepts a loose pass, runs down the line, but eventually fires into the side netting.

Manchester City fans respond to a period of pressure by Liverpool in front of the Kop.

The home fans chant back and then start booing goalkeeper Ayaka Yamashita for taking her time with a goal kick.

Marie Hobinger delivers another corner and it's a good ball.

Sophie Roman Haug connects with it but sends her header wide.

Oooh.

The corner is initially cleared but it's then sent back inside, nodded up and Jenna Clark nearly sends a header past Ayaka Yamashita.

Instead, it's sent behind for another corner which comes to nothing.

Liverpool continue to look threatening on the counter. Kerstin Casparij doesn't manage to usher a ball out and Taylor Hinds forces Manchester City to concede a corner.
