  1. CLOSE!published at 119 mins

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Into the final minute of normal extra time, if you get my meaning, we'll likely have a little stoppage-time too.

Ebou Adams had the chance to win it with a fierce shot in the area but he's flashed his strike inches past Josh Keeley's upright.

  2. Postpublished at 117 mins

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Josh Keeley makes a bit of a hash of claiming a high ball into the Orient box but James Collins can't take advantage, being crowded out as he brought the ball under his spell in the area.

Derby are doing the pressing, but running on fumes...

  3. RED CARD (Sean Clare - Orient)published at 113 mins

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Sean Clare has been shown a second yellow card by ref Ben Speedie and the Rams will have a man advantage for the final eight or so minutes of this one.

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Just a reminder that Man City await the winner of this tie in the next round.

A big carrot, but neither side are able to take a chomp of it at present... it's increasingly looking like it'll be a lottery.

  5. GREAT SAVE!published at 107 mins

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Josh Keeley to the rescue for Orient again with a fine save to deny Kenzo Goudmijn, turning the ball behind for a corner - which the Os are able to deal with.

There are a lot of tired legs out there...

  6. Postpublished at 107 mins

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Bright stuff from the Os as Jamie Donley shows his class to free Jack Currie who can only prod wide of Jacob Widell Zetterstrom's post - although the linesman's flag had gone up.

What people would like and what would be good for the sport in terms of extra time and penalties are not considerations worth investing time and effort in discussing. I expect the Premier League will force all games to be decided by toss of a coin. No football. Just a toss of a coin, and there will be no consultation. Such is their utter disregard for supporters, smaller clubs, the FA Cup, and football itself.

We have 15 more minutes to come... though I'm not sure anyone will make the most of them.

I am a Manchester City season ticket holder my late grandmother was a Leyton Orient fan so I have always followed them. Really hoping for an Orient win so I can wear a half-and-half scarf

  12. Postpublished at 104 mins

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Jacob Widell Zetterstrom plucks a pretty tame cross from Tom James out and is desperate to set someone haring up field, but there are no willing runners... tired legs and minds, and some of the pacier Derby players have already run their race today.

Hard to see this game not being settled from 12 yards, to be honest...

  13. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 100 mins

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

The limping Jack Simpson and Sonny Perkins are withdrawn by the Os, to be replaced by Zech Obiero and Brandon Cooper, who, I should point out, has a spot of previous with James Collins, who came off the bench late-on for Derby.

    One to watch...

Jamie Donley's shot after a flowing Os move cannons behind off a Rams defender but sparks a succession of corners from the hosts.

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby - in extra-time

Derby have come out for the extra period with a bit more vim and vigour, which is encouraging.

They will also have slightly more time to recover than their hosts as they host Watford at 15:00 GMT on Saturday in the Championship, whereas the Os are on the road at Peterborough in League One at 12:30 GMT.

Extra-time... are we still having that?

Replays may have gone, but should we cling onto this extra 30 minutes, or go straight to penalties?

Or do you have an even better idea? Let us know through the usual channels...

Those two goals in four first-half minutes seem a very long time ago.

Tom Barkhuizen came off the Rams bench to hit the bar and Josh Keeley superbly denied Corey Blackett-Taylor but the Championship visitors could not find a winner against their League One hosts.

We're heading to extra-time, and then, yep, you know what...

Man City at home is a big prize, one which neither side wants to let slip easily.

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:39 Greenwich Mean Time 14 January

    Leyton Orient 1-1 Derby

We're into SIX additional minutes for one of these sides to try to find a winner to book a date at home with Man City.

Sean Clare has trod a tightrope all night but has finally had his name taken for persistent fouling, presumably.
