Justin Edinburgh was boss when they won promotion to League Two in 2018-19. Tragically, he died in June 2019 at the age of 49 - five days after a cardiac arrest.

In 2020, the West Stand was renamed the Justin Edinburgh Stand - a permanent reminder of the club's former manager.

Leyton Orient boss Richie Wellens is a former Manchester United player who was born in Manchester whose only first team outing was as a substitute in a 3-0 League Cup defeat at Aston Villa.

Wellens, who is approaching his third anniversary in charge, invited a supporter to training to clear the air after a disagreement on social media in 2022.

Last week he apologised for a "stupid comment" he made about Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou.

Asked in a post-match interview whether injuries had played a part in a defeat to Stockport, Wellens said: "I'm not going to make excuses, I'm not Ange Postecoglou."

Other than Ruben Dias, who needs a game after returning from injury, Nico Gonzalez, who is yet to make his debut following his move from Porto just before the deadline closed, it looks very much like the template for Manchester City's team to play Real Madrid on Tuesday are the players not included.

Grealish has fallen down the pecking order at City and there is a feeling it might get worse for the £100m man.

For the record, there is no VAR in this season's FA Cup until the fifth round. If that had happened in the next round, Manchester United's winner would have been ruled out - and Leicester might still be in the FA Cup.

Foxes boss Ruud van Nistelrooy said the offside was so clear that it should have been ruled out by the officials.

He described it was "unacceptable" and "unthinkable at this level".

Even Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim admitted that Harry Maguire's winner should have been ruled out for offside.

"The goal was offside," said the Portuguese. "We should have VAR. VAR should be here to overturn the decision.

"It's hard on the opponent."

The fourth round got under way on Friday when holders Manchester United fought back from a goal down to beat Leicester City, with Harry Maguire scoring a controversial stoppage-time winner to seal a 2-1 victory.
