  1. HALF-TIME Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Brugespublished at 20:20 British Summer Time 25 July

All square at the break in a gripping first half at Rugby Park.

It was a brilliant start from Kilmarnock and they've had one or two half chances since, but Cercle keeper Warleson hasn't had to make a big save.

Robby McCrorie has, though. He's denied Abdel Kader Ouattara and Jesper Daland with two good stops.

Plenty to come in the second half.

    This country, man.

  3. 'Sigurdsson responsible for my worst 180 minutes'published at 20:16 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

    Stephen McGinn
Former St Mirren midfielder on BBC Sportsound

Gylfi Sigurdsson is responsible for the worst 180 minutes of my life.

I remember playing against Iceland with the U21s and Sigurdsson was my responsibility for both games.

He scored three goals over the two games and I'm still not over it.

  4. The first Sigurdsson set-piecepublished at 20:15 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

We all know how good Gylfi Sigurdsson's set-pieces have been over the years. However, his first corner kick of the match was certinaly not one of his better ones.

Perfectly described by Al Lamont on Sportsound as... "terrible".

Doesn't come off the ground and doesn't meet the first man. The St Mirren defence will be hoping for more of that.

  5. Postpublished at 20:14 British Summer Time 25 July

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Bruges

A heart-stopping moment for Robby McCrorie. He tries to punch a corner away and gets it all wrong.

The ball bounces around in the Kilmarnock box and drops to Jesper Daland, whose effort flies into the face of McCrorie and goes behind.

Just get something on it, I suppose.

  6. Saints front two causing problemspublished at 20:12 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

    Andy Burke
    BBC Sport Scotland in Reykjavik

St Mirren look very threatening when they come forward and their front two of Mikael Mandron and Toyosi Olusanya are causing Valur a lot of problems.

It has become almost the default position to go with a lone striker away in Europe, but Saints are showing the benefits of having two to occupy the defence.

Kyle Vassell has been outstanding so far, no surprise there.

    He's led the line brilliantly.

  8. CLOSE!published at 20:10 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

Another big chance for St Mirren. Toyosi Olusanya is running riot!

He finds himself alone in the box but tries to square it to Mikael Mandron. His attempted pass is cut out and cleared.

The striker will be disappointed he didn't pull the trigger himself.

  9. CLOSE!published at 20:09 British Summer Time 25 July

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Bruges

    Kilmarnock go close!

Matty Kennedy whips in a cross, Kyle Vassell doesn't get any contact on his glancing header, but Brad Lyons is behind him...

And he makes no contact either. Goal kick. Big chance.

  10. Boyd-Munce replaced by Adeniranpublished at 20:07 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

Bad news for the St Mirren fans.

Caolan Boyd-Munce picked up an injury earlier in the match and it looks like he won't be able to continue.

He will be replaced by Dennis Adeniran.

  11. ouch!

Ouch!published at 20:07 British Summer Time 25 July

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Bruges

    Now... is that a penalty?

Edgaras Utkus nudges Matty Kennedy into keeper Warleson as the Killie winger chases a bouncing ball.

Kennedy collides with Warleson's hip and it's a sore one for him, but no foul says the referee.

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:05 British Summer Time 25 July

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Bruges

    Another quick chance for Cercle.

Kazeem Olaigbe cuts back to captain Thibo Somers. He nods on to Abdel Kader Ouattara, who heads from close range - but Robby McCrorie comes up with a big save.

    Great reflexes from the stopper.

  13. Postpublished at 20:04 British Summer Time 25 July

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Bruges

Perhaps the best chance of the game falls to former Ross County man Kazeem Olaigbe.

Cercle Bruges counter well and Abdoul Kader Ouattara slips the ball to Olaigbe, but he hesitates and hesitates before blasting over.

A slight lull in goalmouth action, but the intensity is still there.

The problem is that neither side are able to get a decent footing on the slippy surface and the ball is spurting about all over the place.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:58 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

Another early chance for the Buddies.

Valur are struggling with the pace and power of Toyosi Olusanya.

He fends off two defenders and bursts down the right-hand side of the box. However, his right-footed strike is well saved by Frederik Schram.

  16. CLOSE!published at 19:55 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

    End-to-end stuff!

St Mirren almost score at the other end through Toyosi Olusanya.

Mark O'Hara does well to start a great counter-attack in his own box. Mikael Mandron is able to slip in Olusanya but his effort is blocked and goes out for a corner.

Brad Lyons is then on the receiving end of a late challenge as Nazinho catches him on the touchline.

Slovakian referee Martin Dohal doesn't go to his pocket. Hmm.

  18. Postpublished at 19:52 British Summer Time 25 July

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Bruges

Kevin Denkey clattered Lewis Mayo with an elbow a few moments ago, with no punishment other than a free-kick.

Brad Lyons then flies into a slide tackle on Denkey a few phases later. Maybe a leveller.

  19. 'Killie offering a threat'published at 19:49 British Summer Time 25 July

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Cercle Bruges

    James McFadden
Former Scotland forward on BBC Sportscene

Cercle Brugge are playing the game Derek McInnes would've expected.

He'll be delighted with how it's gone so far but you have to stay concentrated. There's so much high intensity in their play.

But Kilmarnock are offering a threat themselves.

  20. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:49 British Summer Time 25 July

    Valur 0-0 St Mirren

A huge save seconds into his St Mirren debut.

Ellery Balcombe pulls off a fine stop at his front post.
