The sub strikes and the Latics are eyeing victory with a two-goal lead going into the final 20 minutes after Dale Taylor sends Jonny Smith through to beat Josh Griffiths and double the lead.

It might have come against the run of play, but Shaun Maloney's men won't mind after losing three of their past four - including to lowly Burton on Tuesday,

Rovers' poor away run looks like it will extend to three wins in 14 on their travels.

  18. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 25 January

    Wigan 1-0 Bristol Rovers

We all remember Mr Tickle has incredibly long and bendy arms and he's needed every inch of them to keep Bristol Rovers at bay here.
