Struggling Woking banked a precious point from a 0-0 home draw with promotion-chasing Halifax even as their winless run extended to six National League games.
Florent Hoti saw an early ball into the box roll along the crossbar and to safety and Ryan Galvin forced keeper Will Jaaskelainen into an early save as the visitors started brightly.
Harvey Sutcliffe went close to the opening goal after Galvin and Hoti had staged a pacy counter-attack.
For the home side, Dion Kelly-Evans only just failed to get a touch on Inih Effiong's 65th-minute cross before Josh Emmanuel smuggled it behind.
Emmanuel and Hoti, direct from a corner, threatened to win it late on for the visitors but the two sides had to make do with a point each.
