It's almost time for us to bring the curtains down on this live text, but we have talked plenty of transfer updates since this morning..
And you can take a look at them by clicking on the links below:
Aaron Ramsdale has endured relegation four times in his career.
The 27-year-old first suffered the drop while on loan at Chesterfield in 2018, as the club slipped out of the EFL.
He was then Bournemouth's first-choice goalkeeper during the 2019-20 Premier League season, which ended in relegation.
The following year, he joined Sheffield United, only to experience another top-flight relegation in 2020-21.
Last season, Ramsdale was in the Southampton side that went down with 12 points.
Newcastle have opened talks with Southampton to sign England goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
BBC Sport reported on Monday that negotiations are at an early stage as Newcastle seek to bring Ramsdale in either on loan or a permanent deal.
Asked about Ramsdale during their pre-season tour of Asia on Tuesday, manager Eddie Howe said: "Aaron is someone I know very well and I've worked with previously, but I am not going to discuss the chances of him coming to us."
Newcastle had agreed a £27m fee with Burnley to sign James Trafford last week only for Manchester City to activate a matching rights clause and set up a deal to re-sign their former academy graduate.
The Magpies appear keen to add competition for first-choice goalkeeper Nick Pope and the move would reunite Ramsdale with his former Bournemouth boss Howe.

I hope Grealish gets first team football and shows what a class player he is. If that is away from city then sadly so be it. A massive fan not just on field but also off the field genuine nice guy. Wish you the best of luck.
John, Manchester
Jack is definitely the type of player who is better as a big fish in a small pond.

Aznou is a Morocco international who joined Bayern Munich's academy as a 16-year-old after leaving Barcelona, the city of his birth.
The left-back has made four appearances for Bayern and spent the second half of last season on loan at Spanish side Real Valladolid.
Moyes confirmed an offer has been made but has cautioned against believing the 19-year-old will have a seismic impact on his squad.
"Whether it's accepted and whether it's all done... but he's a young player. It's someone we see as having a good future and good potential".
"We're still in the need of five or six players".
Those were the words of David Moyes after he confirmed the club had made an offer for Bayern Munich's teenage defender Adam Aznou.
The Toffees have signed goalkeeper Mark Travers, French striker Thierno Barry for £27m and made midfielder Carlos Alcaraz's loan move permanent so far this summer.
But they have lost five senior players, including striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Mali midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure after their contracts expired.
A three-nil defeat to Bournemouth in the first game of their pre-season tour only served to emphasise Moyes' point.

Speaking of pastures new Robert, let's briefly take a look at the club Grealish is being linked with.
Injuries to the likes of James Tarkowski and Jarrod Branthwaite have caused pre-season problems for David Moyes at Everton.

It's been a mix of injuries and new signings which have led to Grealish's downfall. With the likes of Doku, Savinho, and Marmoush coming in, he has been slowly pushed out. Great innings at City, but time for pastures new.

In my opinion Jack is a great player sidelined because of squad rotation issues, when called upon to do a shift he always turns up and is willing to always be available to have the ball. Just score more goals Jack, confidence will return, Good Luck Pal.

Jack Grealish was a record British signing when he joined Manchester City for £100m in 2021.
The pinnacle for Grealish was the treble win in 2023. He played a major role in that hugely successful campaign.
The following season, in which he suffered a number of injuries, Grealish was limited to just ten Premier League starts. He got three goals and one assist.
Last season he made just seven top flight starts. He scored once and assisted once.
The 29-year-old was left out of City’s squad at Fulham on the final day of the Premier League season and did not travel to the United States to participate in the Club World Cup with City.
Right-back Kyle Walker was also absent from the Club World Cup squad and has since joined Burnley.

Grealish should definitely get first team football, but his wages will now be far too much for any club where he would get first team. As no player has the humility to take a pay cut, I’d say stay and accept your position as backup.
Andrew, Newcastle
Having been left out of Chelsea's Club World Cup squad, there was talk of him returning to Benfica.
"The whole world knows that Benfica is my favourite team. It's my home. One day I will return. I don't know if it's now or in a few years, but if it were now I would be very happy. There are two options: either I stay in England or I return to Benfica," he said earlier this month.
Benfica boss Bruno Lage warned publicly that Felix could have to take a pay cut to make the move happen.
But now Felix is heading to Saudi Arabia. At just 25-years-old, the third most expensive player in history has seen his value plummet.

Grealish to be loaned back to Villa and score a stoppage time winner against City and doing an Adebayor-esque celebration in front of the City fans. You heard it here first!
Tom, Bristol
If Villa sell Watkins then it may allow room for Grealish to come in on loan. Can't see him going anywhere else other than Villa. Will still be playing European football and put him in a good position to get back into the England team.

It has been a chastening two years for Jack Grealish since he enjoyed the most successful season of his career. He had played an integral role in Manchester City’s historic treble in 2022-23, starting the FA Cup final and every one of their seven knockout ties as the club won the Champions League for the first time. Only six outfield City players spent more time on the pitch than Grealish in the Premier League too.
A hamstring injury halted his momentum early in 2023-24, which the England international ended with more yellow cards (seven) than combined goals and assists (six) across all competitions. He featured in just 40% of the total minutes played by City despite being in the squad for 82% of them.
His involvement dropped to 30% last term as Grealish’s career plummeted to its nadir. Three of his six starts after Christmas came against lower-league opposition in the FA Cup, while 16 starts in total is his fewest in a campaign since he was 20 years old. Unsurprisingly, it has also been the player's least productive season in terms of chances created and dribbling success since returning to the Premier League in 2019.
City’s team structure has seldom afforded Grealish the license to take on and glide past opponents as he did with such insouciance as the talismanic captain at boyhood club Aston Villa. The question now is whether the affable 29-year-old can reverse the downward trajectory of his career – and who will afford him the opportunity to do so.

There is only one place for Jack... back at his rightful home - Villa Park.
Luke, Birmingham
Considering how Felix did not set the world alight during his loan spell at Chelsea, it was somewhat of a surprise that they paid £45m to sign him following the 2023/24 season.
The signing came under strange circumstances, with Chelsea looking to sell Conor Gallagher to Atletico Madrid, but the deal was one the Spanish club could not afford without a sale of their own. Low and behold Felix's return to Stamford Bridge last summer.
He scored on the first game of his return, against Wolves, but that would prove to be his only Premier League goal as a permanent Chelsea player.
February saw him sent out on loan to AC Milan for the rest of the season, where again, he failed to deliver with just three goals in 21 games.
Jack Grealish joined Manchester City in the August 2021 and won his first Premier League title in his debut season. The midfielder went on to claim two more consecutive Premier League trophies with the Sky Blues.
In the 2023-24 season, Grealish was a key figure in Manchester City's historic treble-winning campaign, securing UEFA Champions League, the FA cup and PL title.
The 29-year-old added the UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup to his honours while playing under manager Pep Guardiola.
