    AZ v Tottenham (17:45 GMT)

Tottenham Hotspur supporter Chris Cowlin believes Spurs have a "great opportunity to go far" and potentially win the Europa League at the end of the season.

"We must go far in this competition," Cowlin told The Football News Show before the last-16 tie with Dutch club AZ. "This is a great opportunity to go and lift the trophy.

"The next round will be very difficult - if we get past AZ, it's Ajax or Frankfurt. There are never easy games in any European competition, especially away from home."

A name that will be familiar to Spurs fans in the AZ side is Troy Parrott, who moved to the Dutch club from Tottenham at the start of this season.

The Republic of Ireland international is the second-highest scorer in the Dutch top flight this season with 12 goals, while he has netted four times in this season's Europa League.

The 23-year-old made only four appearances for Spurs, while he also had loan spells in the EFL and the Netherlands before departing.

Parrott said of his time with Spurs: "I look back with a smile. It's a place where I grew up. I moved away from home quite young so when I went there I was in a phase of going from a kid to a teenager and then past that. It helped me become the person and player I am now, so I can only look back on that with good memories.

"I think it was just the right time for both of us to move on. When I look back, I just think about the good times I had growing up there.

"I want to score in every game and this is just another game to try to do that. It would be nice for me, it'd be nice for the team also, so let's see."

AZ are sixth in the Eredivisie, 17 points behind leaders Ajax but only three off third-placed Utrecht.

They finished 19th at the end of the Europa League league stage, meaning they needed to go through the play-off round to reach the last 16.

And they navigated it in style, beating Turkish giants Galatasaray 6-3 on aggregate.

    Manchester United

Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim, speaking to TNT Sports: "We need to be really strong, especially at the beginning of the game. It is going to be intense. We don't have a lot of options but they are ready. We tried to managed the load. In the second half we will feel it, but we are ready to be here."

On Rasmus Hojlund: "We change because we watched the opponent - you try to see where the space is. It is a good game for him, they put a high line and he can use this space to help us reach our goals.

"He needs to enjoy it again, his football, he needs to enjoy the game and stay focused on the small things."

While Manchester United were convinced of Rasmus Hojlund's potential to develop into a top-class centre-forward, he has not fulfilled that.

Although he has shown glimpses of his finishing power, his confidence now looks shattered.

He never looked like getting in a position to score against Fulham in the FA Cup last weekend and is not the sort of forward that drops deeper and gets involved in the build-up play.

The Dane was also not helped by Alejandro Garnacho being named as a substitute given he seems to be the one player in the current squad that can stretch a game and provide some support.

I think this is a massive game, probably the biggest of the season for Spurs.

They desperately want to stay in this competition. They haven't been at their best away from home in Europe, but after 90 minutes it's only half time.

I think Spurs will do well tonight, but every away game Spurs have had this season in Europe, they've come under the cosh at times. They're getting better and better, but it will be a big test tonight.

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca on the Conference League and the rest of the season: "From now on, all the Conference League and all the Premier League games are important, so we are going to take one by one until the end and try to win as many games as possible.

"Copenhagen play very nice football. You can see a team who always want to try to control the game. They don't change the way they want to play. You can see the clear idea."

I think Djed Spence has been one of the most consistent players since he broke into the team.

He's been absolutely superb, going forward and defensively. There was a question mark on if he could defend at the very top level, but he's been brilliant in both ways so I'm pleased to see him back.

Chelsea's Marc Cucurella says the game against Copenhagen is a chance to show the squad is ready to compete for trophies after a downturn in form.

The Conference League represents Chelsea's last chance to win a trophy this season.

"I think in December it looked like we were the best players and the best team in the league. Now it looks like we are not the worst but one of the worst teams," said Spain defender Cucurella.

"In football this can happen. We are young, we have a new manager, new ideas - just for six months - and we know the expectations are really high.

"We play good football. Sometimes we can improve these last results but, in general, we are doing good. Now we need to do the last effort, with the last part of the season. It is a good moment to show we are ready to fight for big things."

Real Sociedad are ninth in La Liga - 23 points behind leaders Barcelona. They have beaten Barcelona domestically this season while Ajax are among the teams they have defeated in Europe.

This is the second time the teams have met in the Europa League in three seasons.

In 2022-23, United won 1-0 at Sociedad in the group stage before losing 1-0 at Old Trafford.

Interim manager Barry Ferguson has made two changes to the Rangers side beaten by Motherwell at Ibrox on Saturday.

John Souttar returns to the heart of defence, allowing captain James Tavernier to return to his favoured right-back slot, and Connor Barron also comes into the team in midfield.

Hamza Igamane and Ianis Hagi drop out, while Turkey international Ridvan Yilmaz looks to be on the left of a midfield five.

Ruben Amorim is so obsessed with the formation, but there is only so long that can last when you're not winning games of football.

Pressure will come. Halfway through next season, if results are not right, then pressure will come.
