Summary

  1. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:08 BST 4 October

    Dungannon Swifts 2-0 Larne

One change for the visitors at half-time as Tiarnan O'Connor replaces James Simpson.

Not too much of a surprise that given Larne's bluntness in attack in the first 45 minutes.

  4. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 16:04 BST 4 October

    Carrick Rangers 1-1 Ballymena United

Carrick scream for a penalty after Stephen O'Donnell, having flung himself full-length to block Ryan Waide's shot, appears to fall on top of the ball with his arm.

Referee Shane Andrews has a long look, but decides against taking any action.

  5. RED CARDpublished at 16:03 BST 4 October

    Bangor 2-0 Coleraine

A bad start to the second half for the hosts as Harry Lynch picks up a second yellow card for a foul on Zane Okoro.

That could make the second half interesting just three minutes in.

  6. KICK-OFFpublished at 16:02 BST 4 October

    Bangor 2-0 Coleraine

We are back under way at a stormy Clandeboye Park. Coleraine were out about five minutes before Bangor, and I would imagine with Ruaidhri Higgins' words ringing in his ears.

Former Linfield & Ballymena manager on BBC Radio Ulster

Bangor have been absolutely outstanding. They are defensively solid, and they have left no space behind Gareth Deane.

    Remarkable from Bangor.

    HT: Dungannon Swifts 2-0 Larne

    Shane McCabe
    BBC Radio Ulster summariser

Dungannon fully deserve to be 2-0 up and could have been got another with Kealan Dillon's header from a corner.

A fantastic first half and Larne have it all to do.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:52 BST 4 October

    Dungannon Swifts 2-0 Larne

Half-time at Stangmore Park where the home side lead thanks to goals from Tiernan Kelly and Kealan Dillon.

Kelly struck from close range in the 20th minute after Larne had failed to clear a corner and Dillon doubled the lead three minutes later with a deflected shot from the edge of the penalty area.

It could not have been better for the hosts on an afternoon when Larne are yet to feature as an attacking force.

  12. 'Exciting display' from Bangorpublished at 15:52 BST 4 October

    HT: Bangor 2-0 Coleraine

The wind is such a massive factor which Coleraine didn't utilise.

All credit to Bangor, it has been a really exciting display.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 BST 4 October

    Bangor 2-0 Coleraine

The hosts lead the Bannsiders at the break despite playing against the swirling wind at Clandeboye Park.

Coleraine have had a raft of corners but haven't tested their former keeper Gareth Deane anywhere near enough. I'm sure Ruaidhri Higgins will have a word or two in the dressing room.

    Dungannon Swifts 2-0 Larne

A change in the first minute of added time as Conor McKendry replaces Jordan McEneff for the visitors.

McEneff hobbles off after coming off second best in a tackle with Kealan Dillon.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:46 BST 4 October

    Carrick Rangers 1-1 Ballymena United

The first half comes to a close amid changeable weather conditions at Taylors Avenue.

It's all square after Kym Nelson's header cancels out Nedas Maciulaitis' opener for the home side.

  18. Postpublished at 15:46 BST 4 October

  19. Postpublished at 15:45 BST 4 October

    Carrick Rangers 1-1 Ballymena United

Aidan Steele brings the best out of Sean O'Neill with a 25-yard drive which appears destined for the top corner, but the veteran Ballymena captain springs across his goal to fingertip the effort wide.

From the resultant corner, Jimmy Callacher nods wide.

First, Mark Randall is cautioned for a late challenge on Adam Glenny in front of the dugouts and then, just two minutes later, James Simpson is booked for a foul on Gael Bigirimana.
