    Birmingham 0-0 Lincoln

Chris Davies' half time team talk has Birmingham raring to go for goal.

Stansfield has a look at goal but sees his shot denied by a vital block.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:23 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Gillingham 1-0 Bradford

Bradford look for an immediate reply and force another save from Glenn Morris.

Richie Smallwood's cross finds Paul Huntington whose header is arcing towards the top corner before the Gills stopper intervenes.

Graham Alexander responds to that Gillingham opener with a double change on the hour.

Neill Byrne replaces Brandon Khela, and Michael Mellon comes on for Tommy Leigh.

Burton's parity against Bolton didn't last long, the Trotters are back ahead through Josh Sheehan on 60 minutes.

    Birmingham 0-0 Lincoln

    Richard Wilford
    BBC Radio WM commentator

It is still goalless but Blues have had all of the good openings in the game so far.

The two subs shows that Chris Davies is not resting on his laurels.

They have to make the most of their openings and are being helped by the fans who were straight on to the goalkeeper for time wasting.

  5. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:17 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Birmingham 0-0 Lincoln

Here comes Blues boss Chris Davies' first changes.

Willum Willumsson and Keshi Anderson come in to replace captain Krystian Bielik and Emil Hansson.

  6. goal

GOAL: Gillingham 1-0 Bradfordpublished at 16:16 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Conor Masterton (56 mins)

    The Gills are ahead!

All eyes were on Bradford who would go top with a win, but the Bantams find themselves with work to do.

They failed to clear Max Clark's corner which fell to Conor Masterson who drove a right-footed shot into the bottom right corner for his first goal of the season.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Peterborough 1-0 Wycombe

    Better from Wycombe.

Richard Kone's strike clatters off the post and James Dornelly has to put in some tight defending to block the rebound from Cameron Humphreys.

  8. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16:15 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Gillingham 0-0 Bradford

Oli Hawkins has the ball in the net for the hosts, but he does so from an offside position.

Prior to that it was Bradford who had the first sight of goal in the second half as Tommy Leigh spots Glenn Morris off his line.

He looks to chip the Gills stopper, but his looping effort nestles on the roof of the net.

What's going on in South Yorkshire?

Promotion-chasing Doncaster have seen their 2-0 advantage wiped out in double quick fashion.

Dan Butterworth halved the deficit for Swindon and just 76 seconds later Joe Westley levels the scores.

Town boss Ian Holloway will be a happy man.

  11. Peterborough in control against Chairboyspublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Peterborough 1-0 Wycombe

    Adam Whitty
BBC Sport at the Weston Homes Stadium

I am sat next to the Wycombe commentary team for BBC Three Counties, who are gesticulating more and more, getting grumpier and grumpier at the performance of the team they are covering.

There's been a sense Peterborough have wanted it more, they've been first to the ball, they've caught the second-placed Chairboys napping on a few occasions.

Wycombe fans might feel their grip on an automatic promotion place is slipping, particularly with that goal at Wrexham a bad thing to find out for their fans at the start of the second period.

Peterborough, in control throughout that half, will go eight points clear of the drop zone if things stay the same.

  12. Postpublished at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Peterborough 1-0 Wycombe

That Wrexham goal pushes Wycombe out of the top two.

The Chairboys had started to get themselves into forward positions at the end of that first half but can they start the second with that kind of gusto?

They are going to need something.

Demetri Mitchell has doubled Exeter's advantage at home to rock-bottom Shrewsbury early in the second half.

  14. goal

GOAL: Wrexham 1-0 Rotherhampublished at 16:06 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Sam Smith (48 mins)

The Birthday Boy breaks the deadlock...

Sam Smith gets in behind the Millers defence after a flick from Jay Rodriguez and keeps his cool, like a newly 27-year-old should, and slots past Dillon Phillips to put Wrexham ahead, and into the top-two in the live table.

That's his second goal in a Wrexham shirt after his January switch from Reading.

No rest for the wicked... several games are back under way already, and the rest will be following in the next few moments.

Let's see what drama the second half has for us...

  16. Millers frustrating Wrexhampublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    HT: Wrexham 0-0 Rotherham

    Marc Webber
    Final Score

Audible groans of frustration amongst the Wrexham supporters as they saw a number of chances fall short during the game.

Rotherham have had the pressure and Mallik Wilks forced a big block by the Wrexham keeper.

But Rotherham's stopper made an equally impressive save as he dived to his left to push away a Matty James piledriver 20 yards out.

  17. League Two half-time round-uppublished at 16:02 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    • Third-placed Doncaster look to be closing the gap to the top two as goals from Joe Sbarra and Rob Street have put them 2-0 ahead against Swindon.
    • Bradford’s hopes of leapfrogging leaders Walsall have so far been frustrated - they are goalless at the Priestfield.
    • Three goals came in five minutes just before the break at Chesterfield where the hosts have come from 1-0 down to lead Newport County.
    • Struggling Morecambe have been pegged back away to Milton Keynes Dons after going ahead through Lee Angol's spot-kick, and bottom side Tranmere also reach the break level at 1-1, thanks to Josh Hawkes' equaliser, at home to Bromley.
    • Both results wouldn't be great news for Accrington Stanley who hover just above the relegation places and trail 1-0 to Leo Duru's opener for Barrow.
    • Four further games are still looking to ignite with promotion-chasing Port Vale being held at Fleetwood, while Cheltenham v Colchester, Harrogate v Carlisle, and Salford v Crewe are also goalless.

Just the seven goals across our 10 games at the midway point, but they have all been big ones.

    • While the leaders Birmingham are goalless against Lincoln, Malik Mothersille’s penalty has Peterborough ahead against second-placed Wycombe
    • Tyler Roberts’ early goal put Northampton ahead at Leyton Orient and Cameron McGeehan’s second just before the interval has the play-off-chasing Os looking at a fifth straight defeat
    • Ruel Sotiriou’s early goal has struggling Bristol Rovers in front against sixth-placed Huddersfield
    • Aaron Morley has put Bolton ahead at lowly Burton, with the Trotters heading into the top-six as things stand
    • Basement-boys Shrewsbury avoided falling behind at Exeter thanks to Jamal Blackman saving a penalty from Josh Magennis, only for the Grecians to break the deadlock moments later through Caleb Watts.
    • Jamie Reid put Stevenage 1-0 up against out-of-form Mansfield just before the break.
  19. St Andrew's 'muted' by The Impspublished at 15:54 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    HT: Birmingham 0-0 Lincoln

    Michael Hortin
    BBC Radio Lincolnshire commentator

The reaction of the home fans I would describe as muted.

I think of the two head coaches walking down the tunnel, undoubtedly Michael Skubala is the happier.

Lincoln have frustrated Birmingham. However, Blues have had chances but they would of hoped for more and we have got what we would of expected from Lincoln.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 8 March

    Peterborough 1-0 Wycombe

Posh leading at the break after Malik Mothersille nets a penalty with Wycombe unable to pose much threat in the first half.
