After going seven without a win in the WSL, the Seagulls returned to winning ways with victory over Tottenham last time out.

That's good from Vivianne Miedema. She does well to hold up the ball and win it from Oriane Jean-Francois, winning a free kick in the process in the middle of the pitch.

Niamh Charles will be desperate to get minutes with Chelsea ahead of the Euros in the summer. Sandy Baltimore has been playing very well at left back under Sonia Bompastor.

This is a perfect time in the season to get minutes, plenty of games and the manager will want to use the depth of her squad.

Things have been a little quieter for the past few minutes, but both teams are still going for it.

Chelsea have had more possession and are trying to build through the hosts, but City are holding their shape well.

Nick Cushing is getting his steps in. The Manchester City interim boss is constantly pacing between the touchline and the City bench, while Sonia Bompastor looks calm and composed, holding her position on the edge of the technical area.

That was an interesting idea. I think it probably wasn't what Yui Hasegawa had meant.

She sends a looping delivery towards the back of the box as Manchester City have a free kick, but it's too high and Gracie Prior is unable to get her head to it.

City don't have Mary Fowler up top to be able to press today, but they're doing a good job regardless.

Jess Park is all over Niamh Charles and forces the Chelsea defender to make a poor pass back towards Hannah Hampton, but the Chelsea goalkeeper manages to get there just before Vivianne Miedema.

It felt like Kerolin took one too many touches and got too close to Hannah Hampton.

Hampton does a great job. She seizes the opportunity and rushes down the line of the ball.

What a great opening chance for City.

That's good goalkeeping from Hannah Hampton, but Kerolin should probably have done better there too.

She beats Niamh Charles for pace on the right after being nicely slipped through, but she fails to beat the Chelsea keeper from a tight angle

Chelsea have started this one better than they did on Wednesday night.

Ashley Lawrence runs down the right but is unable to find a way past Naomi Layzell and the ball takes a deflection off the Chelsea player as Layzell puts it behind.

Khiara Keating uses her feet really well. She gathers the ball simply.

She'll feel she's under the microscope. You want to make appearances count.

The hosts spring a counter-attack as Yui Hasegawa makes a great interception to prevent Chelsea getting into a dangerous area of their box.

City move the ball up the pitch but Kerolin's final delivery is easily dealt with.

That's really clever build up from Man City, I enjoyed that. Miedema will be rotating with Park and Kerolin and looking to stretch that back line.

Nice idea. Vivianne Miedema and Kerolin play a one-two on the edge of the Chelsea area, but the final ball to the Dutchwoman is slightly too far in front of her and Chelsea are able to collect.

Chelsea on the front foot in the opening couple of moves. Millie Bright is trying to get the ball up the pitch for the visitors to be aggressive from the off.
