Pavi was a constant threat and was always trying to get on the ball.

But even with these changes it shows they still want more.

And West Ham switch things up too. Seraina Piubel and Kirsty Smith replace Manuela Pavi and Anouk Denton.

Shekiera Martinez then wins a second ball but her shot from an impossibly tight angle is saved by Lize Kop.

I think West Ham are playing really good football and they're backing each other up with numbers when they do lose the ball.

It's refreshing to see.

Tottenham play with such high full-backs. Ella Morris is pressing so well she's suddenly on hand to close down keeper Kinga Szemik.

The Hammers stopper hesitates and her clearance is blocked by the defender.

The home fans gasp. Is there a chance of a leveller on? Narp - Morris blocked with her hand. Nothing to see here.

The hosts continue to pump forward.

They fire in a corner and Riko Ueki wriggles away from her marker to meet the ball, but it flicks off her forehead and flies over.

Great tackle from Tottenham skipper Molly Bartrip who has to get her timing spot on to steal the ball from Manuela Pavi right as she's pulling her foot back in the area to strike the ball.

Tottenham are still throwing bodies forward as a cross loops over everyone in the box before it's hacked clear.

Oh now that is cheeky, and brilliant. Verena Hanshaw avoids being cornered with a fine nutmeg to beat an opponent.

She's having a great game is Hanshaw, having set up the opening goal too.

As for West Ham, they've looked slick and bright moving forward. They're happy to soak up pressure and their efficient when they break.

So, how do I describe Tottenham's first half?

Well, put it this way, sometimes they look really good and you wonder why they're struggling so much.

And then the ball gets into either box and, suddenly, you realise.

It was, and that free-kick is the last proper chance of the half.

Felt like it flew by.
