Manchester United players and staff are completely incensed by that challenge from Dan Turner.

Marc Skinner almost runs onto the pitch in anger to shout at referee Emily Heaslip and is held back by goalkeeping coach Ian Willcock.

Best friend Grace Clinton runs over to make sure Celin Bizet is OK and Skinner continues to talk with Heaslip.

Danielle Turner is booked for a foul on Celin Bizet. Bizet looks in quite a bit of discomfort. She's in need of some treatment.

Turner jumps in to try to win the ball and completely wipes out Bizet.

Danielle Turner is nearly caught out as Celin Bizet presses the Aston Villa defender, but she manages to deal with it.

The visitors haven't dipped in intensity since the restart.

Aston Villa need to get tighter in midfield and control the ball better. They need a platform to build on.

Manchester United made a change at the break, with Gabby George replacing Anna Sandberg.

Man City goalkeeper Khiara Keating speaking to BBC One: "You always come into these games to win and do your part for the team. We held on for so long but of course it [the winning goal] was bound to happen with Chelsea, but I am proud of the team and the performance.

"We know what the outcome is, we don't get any points, but our mindset [around Champions league race] doesn't change. We are still aiming for the Champions League and we'll accomplish it.

"It is a tough one to take. We now need to focus on the Champions League again and focus on getting into the semis. You have to park the result there. We didn't get the three points but onto the next.

"We are halfway there. It is going to be a tough 90 minutes and it will take top effort from everyone but we believe in ourselves and we know what we can do as a club."
