Chisea showing he’s worth every bit of that £14 million we paid for him.

Liverpool 2-1 Southampton
We're three minutes into six added on here. Southampton have been pushing a bit to try and get another equaliser.

For Ekitike to get a second yellow card for that (taking his shirt off) is just sheer stupidity, and he'll now miss the league game against Crystal Palace.
He's been such an important player for Liverpool so far this season, what a start to his Liverpool career, important goal this evening, but that's not great for Arne Slot if he's sitting out the game at the weekend.
Liverpool 2-1 Southampton
He was obviously caught in the moment of scoring a late potential winner, but both yellows could definitely have been avoided.

On Hugo Ekitike's second yellow for removing his shirt:
It's absolutely ridiculous. Everybody knows the rules by now. Listen I'm all for emotion and passion and getting caught up in the moment, but that wasn't really it.
It's a routine goal, the ball comes across to him, a simple finish. I just don't know what's gone through his head here to take off his shirt and hold it up to the crowd as well. No need to do that.
Wigan 0-2 Wycombe
Job well done for Wycombe. Into the hat for the fourth round they go.
Burnley 1-2 Cardiff
League One Cardiff are through to the fourth of the Carabao Cup at the expense of Premier League Burnley.
Liverpool 2-1 Southampton
And Hugo Ekitike is sent off for getting a second yellow card for taking off his shirt to celebrate!
What is he thinking? The Liverpool coaching staff do not look impressed and understandably so.
Hugo Ekitike (85 mins)
The in-form forward scores again!
Federico Chiesa is the man again with the assist - he's had a good night - as he races onto a ball and passes to Hugo Ekitike, who slots in.
Another late goal for Liverpool.
FT: Lincoln 1-2 Chelsea
Chris Sutton
Former Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 Live at Sincil Bank
Lincoln City can count themselves unlucky. They were sensational in the first half and were deservedly in the lead at half time, but then it was a poor two minutes.
A top drawer strike from George got Chelsea level and then weak defending and Buonanotte slid Chelsea into the lead.
Lincoln huffed and puffed and pushed Chelsea all the way, but it's the Premier League side who go through.
Liverpool 1-1 Southampton
Giovanni Leoni is applauded by the Liverpool fans as he heads down the tunnel on a stretcher. Let's hope that injury is not as serious as it looked.

Brighton simply awesome
Stevie J, Portsmouth
Lincoln 1-2 Chelsea
Chelsea were made to work for that but they get the job done.
Wrexham 2-0 Reading
All over as Nathan Broadhead's double sends Wrexham into the next round.
Fulham 1-0 Cambridge
In a game of few chances, Emile Smith Rowe's goal is enough to send Fulham into the fourth round.
Wolves 2-0 Everton
Wolves put their Premier League woes behind them to reach the fourth round of the League Cup.
Burnley 1-2 Cardiff
Ashley Barnes knows he should be sending that into the back of the net as he gets up well to meet the cross but he heads over the top.
