Tom Anderson’s late equaliser saw Doncaster draw at managerless MK Dons in a game where both sides finished with 10 men.

Doncaster’s Harry Clifton was shown an early red card, before Ellis Harrison put MK Dons in front.

Harrison was then sent off himself, before Anderson’s equaliser helped Doncaster avoid back-to-back defeats.

Doncaster’s hopes of victory were hurt by a 10th-minute red card for Clifton, who earned two bookings for two fouls on Harrison.

Against 10 men, the Dons took the lead in the 34th minute. Aaron Nemane’s low cross was converted by Harrison to put MK Dons ahead.

But Harrison would be sent off in the 52nd minute for his challenge on Doncaster captain Owen Bailey.

Doncaster would eventually equalise in the 82nd minute as Anderson headed home Joe Sbarra’s corner.

Jay McGrath nearly won it for Doncaster, narrowly missing the target with a header with the last touch of the game.
