"I’m delighted. We knew exactly how difficult it was going to be

"We knew we were going to play against an outstanding football team in possession of the ball, but we had a game plan and thankfully it’s paid off

"It was our night, and I’m delighted for ours players, they worked incredibly hard, harder than they probably realised they could

"We know it’s not done yet, so we’re going to work really hard in the next three games to get more points"

Ben: Enzo's stubbornness will cost us promotion. Complains about too many fixtures but refuses to use the most expensive squad in the league. If plan A doesn't work, try plan A again. Woeful for months. Ben

Neil (Leeds fan): Leicester City. The gift that keeps on giving !

  7. 'A massive three points for us'published at 22:15 British Summer Time 12 April 2024

    FT: Plymouth 1-0 Leicester

Plymouth caretaker boss Neil Dewsnip told Sky Sports: "When we're all joined up we're quite a force. We were playing against an outstanding team, of course we'd have liked to have more of the ball, but sometimes you have to suck it up and put your bodies on the line.

"We have shown incredible resilience and I am delighted. It's massive for us. We have three more games but those three points are incredibly important and we are delighted."

  8. Leicester remain top...published at 22:13 British Summer Time 12 April 2024

Championship table graphic focused on top sides

Despite the loss, Leicester remain top of the Championship.

Third-placed Leeds United can go above them if they beat Blackburn in the early game tomorrow. A draw would also do the job on goal difference.

Ipswich only need a draw with Middlesbrough to move above the Foxes.

A win in that one would take them top no matter what the Whites manage to do earlier in the day.

One thing worth remembering is that Leicester have a game in hand on those two after tomorrow. I'm sure it's something the Foxes will cling to.

    Nothing has been lost yet.

Plymouth defender Dan Scarr told Sky Sports: "This group just needs a bit of belief. Michael Cooper was massive and made some great saves when we needed him most.

What a noise at the final whistle!

Chants of 'We Are Staying up!' ring around Home Park after this famous victory.

Perhaps Argyle have done enough to stay up now - but what about Leicester's automatic promotion hopes?

Can the Fixes recover or could this loss be fatal? We will find out tomorrow....

The players are walking over to the 1,700 who travelled. I think there are a few in there who are asking why? It's not a great sight.

They should not feel proud of that performance. It's just more of the same real poor performances. It's no good praising this team for playing attractive football in-between the penalty areas when they keep losing matches.

It feels like the wheels are falling off... there was a casual arrogance to certain players' performances.

Ben Waine is the latest Plymouth man to go into the book.

What you'd have to say is at least Leicester are showing a bit more urgency in the last... minute.

I don't see them getting anything and I don't think Enzo sees them getting anything. Hope doesn't get you anything in this league, you have to believe.
