It's the visitors who lead at the break thanks to an unlikely source - defender Adam Long.

Only on the pitch because of injury to Charles Dunne, the Manxman was in the right place at the right time to tap home a Lewis McGregor cross two minutes before half-time.

Chances have been few and far between with the home side's best efforts coming from Paul McGovern and Stephen Mallon but it's Coleraine with their noses in front after 45 minutes.

    Josh Kelly (48 mins)

    Josh Kelly doubles Glentoran's lead!

Danny Amos' cross causes a scramble in the box and is flicked on by Marcus Kane and James Singleton before falling to Josh Kelly, who fires past Jonny Tuffey and into the bottom left hand corner.

What a great time for Kelly to score his first goal for the Glens, but Declan Caddell will be disappointed with how his side defended there again.

  5. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 23 August

    Dungannon Swifts 0-2 Carrick Rangers

Half-time at Stangmore Park and the home side trail by two goals.

Dungannon started the brighter side, but two headers in quick succession from Adam Lecky gave the away side a two-goal cushion.

All to do for the home side in the second half.

Crusaders are not playing as a team, they are disjointed. They need a creative player to open the Glentoran defence.

  12. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 23 August

    Dungannon Swifts 0-2 Carrick Rangers

Carrick Rangers really should be three goals to the good, after coming very close with two efforts in quick succession.

A looping header by Jimmy Callacher from a corner hit the crossbar and came back into play.

The follow-up was then struck with real power by Matthew Snoddy but Declan Dunne stood up to the challenge and put the ball behind for another corner, which came to nothing.

    Adam Long (43 mins)

Bannsiders break the deadlock two minutes before the break through sub' Adam Long.

The first real moment of quality in the game sees Dylan Boyle play in Lewis McGregor down the right.

The winger cuts the back across the face of goal where central defender Long, on for the injured Charles Dunne, taps home at the back post.
