  1. 'Arsenal deserve to be here'published at 08:53 British Summer Time

    Arsenal v Paris St-Germain (20:00 BST)

Enrique is under no illusions at the size of the task his side face against Arsenal.

"They (Arsenal) are built as a team with collective strength - you can see that from the way they attack and defend," said Enrique.

"They do everything together. Of course, they have some top-level players, just like we do, but they don't rely on just one player. They have had injuries throughout the season but they continue to perform at a high level."

Defences win competitions like these in the late stages. If Arsenal can stay solid at the back like they have done so far, there’ll be no stopping them.

"We are a more complete team and we now want to write a page in history."

  4. 'Win against PSG is good preparation'published at 08:38 British Summer Time

    Arsenal v Paris St-Germain (20:00 BST)

Arsenal beat Paris St-Germain 2-0 in the Champions League group stages earlier this season.

“I take a lot of things from the game we played here [against PSG]. It was very important for us because at the time, they were one of the best teams in Europe," said Arteta.

"To put yourself into that category, to that level and say: ‘Actually, we can compete and we can beat them.’ It was good preparation for what is coming right now."

Arsenal are not favourites in my opinion I think PSG are. Compare Liverpool and then their run in.. they also beat Madrid comfortably with full control and at that time Madrid had less injuries and a stronger starting 11. Arsenal are so behind Liverpool in the league and need to be careful to finish top 5 the games coming up are difficult. Liverpool are a better team proven by the league table and still lost to PSG.. but anything can happen.

  6. 'Bernabeu is the biggest test'published at 08:25 British Summer Time

    Arsenal v Paris St-Germain (20:00 BST)

Arteta believes Arsenal's second-leg quarter-final victory away at Real Madrid has instilled confidence within the team.

"You learn a lot from every game,” Arteta said.

“Going to the Bernabeu is probably the biggest test that you can have as a European team. That brings confidence and experience to a team that most of us- we never had before."

We (Arsenal) are not favourites I think that belongs to whoever wins the other semi final. However the Hollywood story is Arsenal meeting Barcelona in the final in Munich. Revenge for our previous final and winning it in a stadium where we have been embarrassed many times before!

  8. 'Bring your boots'published at 08:06 British Summer Time

    Arsenal v Paris St-Germain (20:00 BST)

Arteta's urged supporters to produce an atmosphere 'that we haven't seen before' at the Emirates.

“I tell them [the supporters], and I’m not exaggerating here: ‘Guys, bring your boots, bring your shorts, bring your T-shirts and let’s play every ball together,’” Arteta said.

“We want to do something special. The place has to be something special, something that we haven’t seen. I really hope that everybody that comes to the Emirates and is watching and following us, brings that energy with them."

    Arsenal v Paris St-Germain (20:00 BST)

Arsenal have two pieces of European silverware in the trophy cabinet - the 1970 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup and the 1994 European Cup Winners' Cup.

For a club of Arsenal's side, that's not enough.

They've only reached the Champions League final once - losing 2-1 to Barcelona in 2006.

I don't think we [Arsenal] are favourites but we definitely have a good chance, the players and the staff sure believe that we can win the UCL and I will never stop believing !
