    Rindlettes, I'm out of here!

"He understands the game very well and has this connection with the players. I am happy that he is doing well wherever he decides to go I wish him all the best.

"He has won the Bundesliga and got the Real Sociedad second team promoted. He has done well in the teams he has been and is one of the best coaches [around]."

Bournemouth v Aston Villa (Sat 17:30 BST)

    Bournemouth

Adam Smith's next match with Bournemouth will be his 400th for the club.

Andoni Iraola spoke highly of his captain in his latest news conference: "You have to be consistently performing very well [to reach 400 matches] and fighting against your team mates for your position. He wants to train well every day and someone who is very reliable. He understands his strengths as weaknesses.

"I think it is the most difficult thing in football, to be consistent every season. Adam has been this player for this club for a lot of years and I think he can still add more games to that amount.

"There are different ways of leading and I think he leads by example - even in his worst level, the minimum level he has gives you confidence as a coach."
