Inter Miami head coach Javier Mascherano, who turned 41 earlier this month and Porto boss Martin Anselmi are doing their best to promote young coaches this evening.
Argentine, Mascherano is the fourth-youngest coach at this Fifa Club World Cup and his compatriot Anselmi is even younger (39 years and 338 days).

Inter Miami
Inter Miami head coach Javier Mascherano, speaking to DAZN: "We will try to give the same level that we were in the second half [that we played against Al-Ahly]. Try to be well organised in defence. Don't let them have too many spaces, they have people in front with a lot of quality.
"When we have the ball, try to be patient and don't be in a hurry.
"Try to find the right moment.
"The difference when you're patient and attacking at the right moment, and maybe you don't give the ball away too many times.
"If we want to attack in two or three touches, the team is too long, the defender stays low, and we cannot regain the ball to attack again.
"They're very dangerous, like any team in the world - they can run into the space."

Messi magic is what we're looking for tonight. He's a superstar. Even at 37, in my eyes he's still a superstar. He can light up any game at any moment.

Porto have finished third in Portugal's Primeira Liga in the previous two seasons and they lost to Roma in the knockout play-offs in the Europa League last term.
So even though they start this encounter as the favourites with the bookmakers it will be interesting to see how they tackle this contest against opponents who ended up sixth in the MLS Eastern Conference this year but who still possess some stellar names.
Inter Miami coach Javier Mascherano had earlier said that Lionel Messi would be fit to face Porto this evening despite showing signs of discomfort in training.
A video emerged of Messi touching his left leg during the session on Wednesday, but Mascherano said the 37-year-old would be ready for Miami's second Group A match in Atlanta.
"On the trip from Miami to Atlanta I saw that came out in some places, but Leo is fit, he trained, he completed the whole session," Mascherano said..
"He was touching his leg, sometimes people touch themselves, but there's no problem, he's fit and obviously he will play."
Porto were also held to goalless draw in their group A opener against Brazilian club Palmeiras but boss Martín Anselmi has opted for an unchanged starting lineup.
Captain Diogo Costa is not in the squad due to a thigh problem so number two goalkeeper Claudio Ramos continues to deputise. Arsenal loanee Fabio Vieira gets his second start of the competition.
Porto XI: Ramos, Fernandes, Pedro, Marcano, Mario, Varela, Veiga, Moura, Vieira, Mora, Aghehowa.
Subs: Alarcon, Borges, Namaso, Eustaquio, D Fernandes, Franco, Gul, Oliveira, Otavio, Pepe, N Perez, T Perez, Sousa, Gomes, Zaidu.

Good evening. It's time for Inter Miami v Porto and there is one man we all want to see in action.
He is an eight-time winner of the Ballon d'Or and has won pretty much everything there is to win in a trophy-laden career.
But what can we expect to see from the great Lionel Messi this evening? The Argentine was denied by the crossbar in added time as Inter Miami were held
to a goalless draw by Egypt's Al Ahly in the tournament opener.
And the US side could really do with their main man scaling the heights this evening against Porto at the home of the NFL's Atlanta Falcons.
So who will come out on top in the first ever competitive match between an MLS team and a side from a mainland European league?

Lionel Messi scored his 50th goal for Inter Miami as they came from behind to beat Porto for their first win at the Fifa Club World Cup.
Porto took the lead after just eight minutes when Samu Aghehowa squeezed a penalty under the arm of goalkeeper Oscar Ustari.
Martin Anselmi's side could have been further clear by half-time but Francesco Moura saw a shot cleared off the line and Alan Varela struck the post.
Telasco Segovia sparked the Inter Miami comeback when powering Marcelo Weigandt's cut-back into the top corner.
Messi then sealed the MLS franchise's maiden victory in the competition with a trademark free-kick over the wall and out of reach for a sprawling Claudio Ramos.
The 37-year-old fired wide from a set-piece further out just a few moments prior but, when presented with another opportunity centrally and from the edge of the D, he executed perfectly to score his 68th goal from a direct free-kick.
He was fresh from 21 goals in 41 games for Paris St-Germain in 2022-23 and moving to MLS, where the level of competition is not that of Europe's big five leagues.
However, Messi, who has scored 50 goals in 61 appearances for Inter Miami, showed the world he still has plenty left in the tank to dazzle the crowds when up against strong European opposition.
Messi's sixth goal in the competition means he is joint-second on the Club World Cup all-time goalscorers list - level with Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema - and just one shy of leader Cristiano Ronaldo (7).
Who stood out and who did not?
Sergio Busquets might be just a month shy of his 37th birthday but he remains a hugely influential player in the middle third.
The three-time Club World Cup winner put in a domineering performance against midfielders more than 10 years his junior.
Only team-mate Benjamin Cremaschi (5) made more successful tackles than Busquets (3), while Porto's Fabio Vieira (80) was the only player to attempt more than his 74 passes.
Busquets also ended the game with a 94.5% pass completion rate.
Messi continued his fine goalscoring record in the Fifa Club World Cup, having now scored six times in seven appearances.
The Argentina international registered on five occasions for Barcelona, including one in each of the three finals he played in - winning the competition in 2009, 2011 and 2015.
What's next for these teams?
The final round of fixtures in Group A all kick-off at the same time (02:00 BST) on Tuesday.
Second-placed Inter Miami take on group leaders Palmeiras, in Florida, while Porto travel to New Jersey to face Egyptian side Al Ahly.
A draw will be enough to send Inter Miami and Palmeiras, who both have four points, through to the last 16.
Porto have just one point to their name and can only reach the knockout phase if they win and one of the teams in the other match loses.
