    Premier League

    Arsenal lead the way as we head into Gameweek 10 of the Premier League season.

    The Gunners have 22 points from nine games and hold a four-point advantage over second-placed Bournemouth.

    North London rivals Tottenham and promoted side Sunderland are five points back in third and fourth, respectively, while Mikel Arteta's side have a six-point lead over the two Manchester clubs.

    Defending champions Liverpool (7th) and Aston Villa (8th) are both seven points adrift of Arsenal.

    Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest, West Ham and Wolves occupy the relegation places.

    All eyes this weekend will of course be on Liverpool as their poor form continues, following a 3-0 loss to Crystal Palace in the League Cup.

    That defeat was their sixth in their last seven games and the pressure is on them to get the three points against Aston Villa on Saturday.
