    It has been a nervy start from Northern Ireland, who have gifted Portugal possession on a number of occasions in their attempts to play out from the back.

    Francisco's Neto's side have been wasteful with their chances much to the displeasure of the large crowd in the stadium, but Northern Ireland can ill-afford to continue to give away such opportunities.

    Kaneryd causes more problems for the hosts as she makes ground on a run upfield. After finding Filippa Angeldal on the right, her cross picks out Rolfo at the back post who composes herself before planting a classy right-footed finish into the far corner.

    That has opened up a gap that Ireland may find difficult to close. .
